Epic Heating did a fantastic job. They kept the work area clean, employees were very courteous. Emmerson and crew showed up when they said they were going to, on time and prepared.
Working with Epic Heating and Air Conditioning was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Emmerson, Lee, and Lucas were friendly, hard working, honest, and fair. Even the electric contractors, Anywhere Electric, that they used were a class above the rest, and it was evidently clear they have a strong, long lasting relationship established by honest work. Emmerson made it a point to help me understand my decisions and the pros and cons of each. At every step of the process they demonstrated exemplary skill, knowledge, class, and above all else - integrity. And to make things even better - they outbid every other installer we talked to. I would recommend this company to absolutely every single person or business out there who is looking for good work, an honest price, and the desire to support a local, family-owned and operated business. We will not hesitate to call them for any future needs we have down the line.
I can not speak highly enough of the work and customer service provided by Emerson and his workers. When my AC went out last summer and they were already backed up for weeks with work, they somehow fit me in, replacing my heating and air conditioning units in just a couple of days. It was in the middle of summer and I had visitors coming from out of town and I was SO very grateful that they were able to install new units on such short notice. Emerson and his son were incredibly professional and I greatly appreciated how much time they took to patiently answer my questions and provide me with information that the average person wouldn't even know to ask about. It can be incredibly hard to find businesses that are trustworthy, provide quality work and have great customer service. Epic Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded in all areas and I would highly recommend them.
Epic Heating and Air Conditioning of Loveland, Colorado did an outstanding job in their installation of my new furnace. The entire staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard working, diligent and very friendly. It was a pleasure having them do this critical work for me. Emerson is the most honest and reliable hvac person I've ever worked with. He was out on the roof fixing our AC in 100 heat. And Emerson installed an amazing mini split system in a rental for us. He shows up when he says he will and does what he says he's going to. He's hard working and absolutely trustworthy.
Epic is amazing. Worked with Emmerson. They were fantastic. I only recommend them when it comes to heat and AC work. Fixed our AC unit and put a garage heater in. Best in town and around!
Emmerson, Lucas, and Lee are great to work with. I am finishing my basement and wasn’t exactly sure what I was needing / wanting to do. They did a great job letting me make decisions, while also giving great advice. The price is fair and the quality of work is great. Cleaned everything up after themselves after quickly doing the job. I highly recommend these guys!
Great response when I was freezing and everyone was busy. The price was great and the furnace was installed the next morning. You can count on Epic for price, work and reliable.
Emmerson is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained the pros and cons of various products. He provided a proposal of the cost along with explanations of the items. He did not inquire what the proposals from three other companies were prior to presenting me his proposal. The installations were completed in the timeframe that was scheduled. The employees who assisted in the installation were also very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and professional.
All around great. Do yourself a favor and skip the large groups. These guys just do it right.
I have dealt with Emmerson twice over the past year and he is always very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Today he installed an upgraded filter system on my furnace and did a great job. He and his assistant Lee showed up when they said they would and completed the job. Even though it took longer than he planned on, he still honored the quoted price. Friendly helpful service every time!

Emmerson and his crew did a great job. I have used them a few times now with HVAC fixes and now an AC Install. He brings much knowledge, experience, and most importantly a customer focused service vs a sales mentality.
Emerson came right out and gave quote to replace furnace. They worked with us and got us in immediately. Gave us recommendations. Very satisfied with the work and will definitely recommend. Great work at a fair price.
Thank goodness for Emmerson's quick response to our call. Sure glad we have heat now with these single digit temperatures! These guys did a great job and were very thorough, conscientious and considerate of our needs during the entire installation. Will definitely call them back when we need service done!

Emmerson is a very professional and honest business owner. I found him to be a great man of integrity and character. His prices are well below those of the big companies. His company employee were very professional and respectful of my home. I was told by a larger company that I needed my furnace and air conditioner replaced. As it turned out I only needed to replace my heating system. When I need to replace my air conditioner I will definitely have Epic come back for the replacement
Would highly recommend! Emmerson was thorough when he came to measure the house for his estimate & did not try to sell me more than what we needed. The crew who came to our house were friendly, professional & finished the work quickly. So far we're very happy & the price for our new AC system & furnace was very fair.
