Great service, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable.
My AC didn’t come on so my neighbors recommended that I call Epic and talk to IIon - they had used them a couple of years ago when their central air failed. They were super happy with their service and the installation of a new unit. Epic was very nice, asked about my problem and said it could be a quick fix - the breaker switch was off. He offered me to guide me through on the phone. It turned out my contractor had flipped the breaker switch by accident. I was impressed by their kind advice and will use them again when I have issues with my central air system.
Ilen and Matan were excellent getting my new mini-split system operating properly! When we moved into our new apartment we had some issues with one of our zones not cooling, but they were able to diagnose the issue and solve it! Very friendly and professional service, and they always followed up a visit with a phone call later in the day to check how things were going. I would definitely recommend these guys!
Epic Air was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous throughout the installation of our air conditioning and heating units. They were a valuable resource and responsive to any question or concern. Attention was given to details such as compliance with safety codes, unit positioning, duct work, vent installation, and communication between the units and the thermostat. We called Epic to come and look at our ductless minisplits that were dripping. They were super responsive and came on the same day as we called. They thoroughly walked me through what they found and what needed to happen. They ended up only charging me their base service call fee after giving me a lot of options. Really great guys, super professional and I really appreciated their explanations and honesty about the situation. We will be using them for all our AC issues in the future.

Epic to me has become like family. Ilan and Matan are genuinely good and honest family men. I have never known them before they came to give me an estimate and as time went on they have become like family. Above all else they are meticulous in their work, they are punctual, and super respectful people. They work from the crack of dawn and have been at my house until almost midnight to make sure everything works well. I would highly recommend them.
I have worked with Ilan on 3 apartments and received excellent personal service for a very competitive price. He was available 24/7 and fixed problems caused by other workers whenever needed. Can easily say one of the best people I've worked with.

I highly recommend Epic Air- not only are they professional, reliable and trustworthy but they have the best customer service. They explain what services need to be performed and are upfront with the cost. After two bad experiences with other A/C companies, I would never use anyone else but Epic Air.
