Oscar, Was very professional, and he explained the issues that he found. He used the manufacturer warranty so I didn't have to pay for the parts. Fantastic workmanship

I had previously phoned another HVAC company. Their technician was only recommending a new Heat pump unit. I called around and Oscar phoned back. He came out in the evening. Oscar took his time to inspect and repair my unit, including the new thermostat the other HVAC technician had installed wrong. I am highly satisfied with my service from Oscar and will use him going forward.
