Called the team as my furnace was making a loud noise. They assured me someone would come out same day and provided updates to their arrival. Andrew showed up, checked the system and even did the yearly maintenance check-up. All while answering all my questions. Professional and friendly with great service. We noticed that our heater was not working. I called and left a message early this morning, and received a return call from April at 7:30 a.m.. Within 30 minutes, Andrew was pulling into our driveway. Andrew explained what the issue was and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. We highly recommend Enhanced and Andrew. A top notch company-with top notch techs!
The team that came to my home to install a new A/C unit were professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. The removal and installment was a very challenging job. They understood what needed to be done and explained what they would do and then accomplished it. I am very pleased with the service I received.
Andrew & Corey did an outstanding job installing two new HVAC systems. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. I highly recommend Enhanced Heating & Air. Most importantly, they do not try to sell you things you don't need like other companies that we have dealt with in the past. Even Jim, one of the owners, followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied.
Excellent response to breakdown on one of the hottest days of the year (and a Sat no less) Chris stayed until the unit was functioning (11pm) Will definitely be looking to Enhanced for replacement of my 20 year old unit.

Don't even hesitate. This is a fantastic company. I had a complete HVAC replacement and I couldn't be happier. Jim, the owner, was present for everything start to finish. Installers Andrew and Lou were right on time, worked carefully and quickly, answered all my questions, and left everything spotless -- nothing to see except brand new heater and air conditioner and all peripherals, professionally installed. It's evident that that this company is committed to fair pricing, excellent service, and integrity: they follow up to be sure that all is well. They are true to their word. ENHANCED tech Andrew, came in a timely manner and was very professional.
I had 3 new systems installed ,sloppy finish work no supervision. they did not tie in the overflow pan to the air conditioning system in the attic it overflowed and flooded master bath dining room ,how the owner told my wife we should soak up the water with towels from the pan it does not need to be connected, they do not honor any warranty my main floor has not been working since may .and a secondary system now is not working how the owner said the will not do any service work to correct this year old system ,so save your money ,there techs also ransacked my attic then posted it on Facebook
Enhanced HVRC put in a new Heating/AC unit for us two years ago. They were the best on price for a quality product. We have the unit checked yearly and all of there techs have been polite, knowledgeable , friendly people who explain things very well. Matt was here today for the annual checkup and did a great job. Matt Kron just left after repaiing my air conditioning on a very hot day. He could have not been More pleasant and informative about the problem and the part needed and the repair. He made sure all was working well before he left. He was very efficient and my home is now cool again! I would be pleased to have him any time answer my call for work on my heat pump! Jane Wagner
I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and workmanship that Enhanced Heating and Air provided. They were timely, friendly, and very reasonably priced. They were able to repair a leak in my six year old a/c unit, rather than replacing the entire system (like a previous company recommended). I will be using them again in the future!
At 8am the office called and said that Matt, one of the AC technicians was on his way. At 8:20, Matt arrived at our house and started looking our heating/AC unit over. He explained to me in detail what he was doing and why he was doing it. Matt was very knowledgeable in his job, courteous, and professional. I would recommend Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing help. Enhanced is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I never feel as though I'm getting taken for a ride, like with other companies. I was so impressed with the service i received last summer from enhanced heating and ac , when my air conditioner went down. They showed up quickly and did a great job getting me up and running. This winter my heater started giving me trouble, so i got a few estimates on replacing my heating and cooling system. I decided to go with Enhanced heating and air conditioning, their price was fair, but their professionalism and quality was impressive. I'm very glad i decided to go with them. Highly recommend!!
