I would call these guys for any A/C need I have in the future! We needed our complete unit fixed at our business. They were fast, timely, had great communication with me from beginning to end, did great work, and gave us a lower quote than what we had elsewhere. Highly recommend.
They saved me so much money! We started having issues with our heat (it was replaced in 2017 so not that old). Well, we were told by another company that the part was no longer under warranty. Engles came out for a second opinion and said that was a lie and we could still get the part! They ended up saving us $400 and managed to get it done the very next day! The guys that came to my house were very quick, and very polite as well! We will definitely be using them again next time we need anything done!
The unit at my home and my daughter’s home—2 new units within a year—- you cannot get any better service or value!!
I would highly recommend Engle Heating & Air to everyone. I have used them many times and each time the problem was identified and repaired very quickly and for a reasonable and no-nonsense fee. There are no unnecessary "sales pitches" and no unneeded repairs to pad your bill. The owner is very friendly and fully explains the problem and what it will take to fix it.
Quick & efficient work. New HVAC system. Other than the new equipment. There no sign that they were even here. Cleaned up the work area.
These guys are great, respectful, timely, and fair. Overall very good experience despite the situation. Its never fun dealing with AC issues but if you do need some experts this is your one stop shop. Thanks again.

Engle is by far the best heating and air company in middle Ga. Always on time, always polite, always honest and always the best price! If there is something you don’t need, he will tell you and not try to up-sell you. You need someone you can trust, especially now days! Save yourself some heartache and your bank account, call Engle first!
Engle fixed what 3 other supposed reputable companies couldn't get right. We now don't suffer through the heat of summer.
One of our friends recommended that we call Engle Heating and Air after we were told by another AC repair company that our two units desperately needed to be replaced and that it would cost $20,000 to replace them. Engle gave us a second opinion and told us that there's nothing wrong with our units, they're cooling just fine and they look good for their age. And even if we wanted to replace, it wouldn't be anywhere near $20,000. I'm so glad we called Allen and his team for a second opinion. They were honest and professional, and they walked me through their whole inspection so that I know what to look for in the future so I don't get scammed. When the time comes to replace my HVAC's I will definitely be calling Engle Heating & Air!

Moving here from TX, we had no idea who to use to replace 2 of the 3 large units to the home we just bought. I got 6 estimates from all the top rated companies. Even the pink truck guys. With estimates up to $30K our neighbor finally told us who he uses, Engle. We got the best installation and equipment for less than a third of the pink boys. On time, explained everything, professional workers. Saved us a ton of money. Our 2 new systems work great.
If I could rate Mr. Engle any higher on this I would! A friend of ours recommended him when our less than 3 yr old AC decided to give out on us last night and when I called him, he didn't hesitate to come out right away. He ended up replacing the capacitor and we were good to go... so we thought. He talked to us about needing to get the motor replaced as well and we were going to do in the next month or so, but in the middle of the night, the AC went out again. Turns out a bad motor bearing was popping the capacitor. My husband contacted Mr. Engle first thing this morning and once again, he did not hesitate to come right out. Motor is fixed, his rates are unbeatable and we are nice and cool now! I would recommend Mr. Engle over and over again. He is such a great guy and does great work.
