Brad knows what he's doing and is usually 10 steps ahead of everyone else. We really appreciated his efforts to make our home more comfortable, especially during some the hottest weather! Time and time again, Brad came through!
They were the only company I could reach after hours that was willing to immediately go to my mothers house, whom has health issues- and actually called us back like his VM greeting said it would!! Brad was really caring and diligent with mother and highly recommend.
Brad from EnergySense did an amazing job. He was on time, and provided us great service. He was upfront about everything that needed to be done, and finished the job within reasonable amount of time. One of things that is important to me is clean up. EnergySense cleaned up everything when they were done and disposed of materials properly.

He worked on my a.c. ran a test said i needed coolant, looked like i needed fluid 3 pounds which would a ran me $300.00.... Then he went and cleaned my core ran the test again and explained that i did'nt need the coolant... charged me for my compasitor which was blown.. He could have took me fast due to my lack of knowledge...He will be working on my families a.c. as long as he is in business...Its hard to find honorable people these days... Appreciate it he deserves this recomendation And anyone who knows me knows my word is law.....
It is a wonderful thing to see man be responsible for his customers in such a manner. The professionalism that was exhibited, the courtesy that was shown, and the respect for my home speaks volumes to the character the young man. He ensured that he had an answan to what was going on with my unit before leaving. Even assisting when my church was in need of his services. His character speaks to his performance ....thank you
It's hard to find someone who quotes you a price and is able to stick to it! When he came out to check my unit he was very thorough and answered all my question. He told me he would have the job done in one day and left everything looking the same way as he found them. Very satisfied!
