Wow. This company is the best. Professional company that fixed my AC when other companies kept changing our appointment and made excuses they didn’t have enough staff. Well this company said no problem. The technician who came over was truly very caring and said he will take care of the problem. We really loved Ted. What a great man that truly cares and got the job done. I will be sending my clients to this company and hopefully everyone will find out soon. 🥰

Ted was as punctual as you can get! He was very professional and also did a fabulous job with ensuring everything he explained about what he was doing I understood clearly. He was a joy to have complete the work and also helped me feel comfortable with the decisions I made and cleaned up (I think better than it was beforehand). If you have a chance to have him service you, I'm sure he will not disappoint! ☺️
Great experience! Technician was very professional and arrived on time for scheduled appointment. Technician performed heating and A/C tune up efficiently and was very neat. Technician was very informative and provided guidance on how to maintain system and identified potential upgrades to minimize mold growth. Did not try to sell me extra services but advised me on what options were available. I would highly recommend Home Energy and will be setting up a twice a year contract for routine maintenance.
