Energy Experts was assigned by our home warranty company. Thomas came out to fix our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Great service, great business. I would highly recommend Energy Experts for your heating and air needs.
Fast, professional service and very helpful. Our furnace went out going into freezing weather and Brian was able to quickly diagnose the issue and order the part. Not only did they resolve our issue within a week of putting in the service request, but they also followed up to troubleshoot a separate issue that was not originally listed in our home warranty service request. 100% recommend.
Energy Experts Heating and Air was assigned by my home warranty company to repair my non-working heater. The first company home warranty sent out was unable to fix the problem, but Brian from Energy Experts was quickly able to identify the issue and report back to home warranty. Once the service was approved by home warranty Brian promptly came back and repaired unit within no time. Now, my heater is running flawlessly. I cannot thank Brian enough for fixing my heater and working with the home warranty company through the entire process. Energy Experts is definitely at the top of my list for my future HVAC needs.
In August 2022, Energy Experts started by diagnosing our old AC unit and ended up needing to completely replace our outside AC unit, the indoor evaporator coil, and our furnace motor. It was a big job. Additionally, I would like to say this company was sent to us through our home warranty company, so we started out pretty skeptical about what (and who) we would be dealing with. However, we were really impressed with Energy Experts for several reasons. They were very responsive, had excellent communication skills and superb customer service. It was also really obvious in the way they approached their work that they emphasize *quality* and wanted their repairs to be done right the first time. They never shied away from doing more if that’s what it took to do it right. However, by a stroke of bad luck – the brand-new motor/part that was installed into the furnace ended up being faulty (which was a factory issue) and the guys at Energy Experts could not have been more supportive. Not only were they apologetic about something that wasn’t even their fault - they made sure to fit us into their schedule that same day, and then spent time after hours that same day to locate and install a new motor/part. Additionally, they worked well with the home warranty company each step of the way to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this local small business for your home heating/cooling needs. Thanks again guys!

Amazing company!!! Thomas is very knowledgeable and personable, he repaired our ac unit and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend his company for any ac repair. His wife is awesome with customer service and very polite. Congratulations on the up coming baby!!! Wish I could give mor stars!!!!
This company is outstanding if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thomas went a above and beyond to get on the roof of my condo. Thank you Energy Experts now ac is now blowing cold.
They were sent to my home via home warranty and caused more damage to the ac unit. At first my ac would not blow cold air after they “fixed it” my whole home started being filled with smoke. Please go with another company.
This company was very responsive despite the part taking several weeks to come in (not in their control). The new motor was installed immediately upon receipt and my air condition was up and running right away. The tech was professional, friendly, and empathetic to our needs.
My A/C broke a couple weeks ago and I was quick to call every A/C repair place, but every single one said it would be a week or two before they would be able to come and look at it. I called Thomas from Energy Experts Heating and Air and he came to my house the next day and diagnosed the problem. A couple days later he was at my house, fixed the solution and was super friendly. Thomas is the perfect repair man and did an excellent and effective job, I will definitely be recommending them to anyone, and will forsure call them if I ever need any help with my A/C!!
Thomas made it out to fix my unit the same day I called, and helped get us cooled off during the heat wave. Prompt, informational, respectful and friendly.
bell brothers gave me an estimate for a $3,000 repair on a 4 year old unit that they installed at my rental property. There was nothing wrong with the operation of the unit it was just a routine maintenance service and check for the warranty that apparently only covers parts and not labor. I decided to call the Energy experts for a second opinion. Tommy came out and evaluated my system to find that there was nothing wrong with it and it was perfectly operational. Not only will I be using them for service and maintained but also any future installations. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism they display.
I have never used Energy Experts before now and I am thoroughly impressed. They very promptly repaired my heater and corrected other issues that were caused by other technicians. I give them an A+ And would refer them to anyone.

I contacted Energy Experts to repair my mothers heater. Being my mother lives alone I was very concerned about using a reputable company. After reading a few of Energy Experts reviews. I knew I found the right company. I submitted an inquiry via google message, Energy Experts responded very quickly and I was scheduled. Everything went great during the appointment, the technician wore a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He even asked permission to enter my mother’s home. He replaced the igniter and explained what causes it to fail and what to expect in the future. My mother is very warm and cozy now and I couldn’t be more impressed. I have already referred Energy Experts to both of my neighbors. Thanks a million guys!
My home warranty sent this company out to give a second opinion on a previous report. The technician that Energy Experts sent over refused to look at the first report or any of the parts the report called out. The technician proceeded to give his own diagnostic of the problem which was not why this company was dispatched. When questioned about giving a second opinion the technician became upset and stated he didn't need to see the first report it would only confirm what he already knew. In the end I asked technician to leave my house since it was apparent that the situation was not going to turn out well for anybody involved. I would avoid calling Energy Experts Heating and Air Inc.
We called Energy Experts for a maintenance service on our AC unit before the heat came. When Thomas arrived, he let me know all that the service entailed and even replaced the filter for me (which I already had). Afterwards, he thoroughly described all of his findings. The unit is 16 years old and I was worried. He said it was in great working condition and he did a tune up. Our summer electric bills have been $500-$700 for the last 5 years and I asked what more we could do to lower them. He did suggest we consider “smart” thermostats which we did have installed. (And there was a rebate) We received our PGE bill for the month of June. We had a house guest and there were several days over 100 degrees. I am thrilled that our bill was $250!!!!! Thank you Energy Experts for not only keeping our AC working well, but suggesting inexpensive ways to lower our electric bill!!!
I LOVE ENEGERY EXPERTS!!! We had a power issue that ruined the motor in our HVAC. Brian was sent out through our home warrenty company and came out to us the same day. He is such a great guy and highly knowledgeable. He had it up and running again in no time. All communication with him and his office was easy and pleasant. I highly reccomend this company for any and all heating and air needs.
Honest and educated! They were supposed to replace my unit but Brian managed to save it by fixing the wiring. Saved me thousands of dollars. Brian also had some jokes! Definitely kept their card.
