I got Mike's name from my realtor after our unit failed in July. After a phone call and a few photos of the system I got a preliminary estimate that was extremely good. In less than a week we had a new AC. Truly a pleasure dealing with Mike and his crew.
Very happy with this company. I have a Rudd heat pump, and the compressor got very noisy. Got on the Rudd website and Endurance was one of those recommended, the only one of the four in my area that had any reviews. Happy to add my five stars to everyone else’s. Came out next day and Joseph determined that the blade needed replacing. Very satisfied with their quick, kind and professional customer service.
Endurance replaced my HVAC system at half the price of other companies. They were very professional and punctual. After they installed the new system, they went above and beyond in fixing my ductwork to ensure I was getting the best air flow throughout the house. I highly recommend Endurance Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone who wants quality work, great products, and professional and polite employees.
It’s extremely rare to have a business care for a family in need. We had gone 3 weeks without AC and reached out to multiple companies to fix our issue. There wasn’t any progress until Michael’s team came out less than 24 hours from first contact and not only got our AC running, but were also completely professional and thorough. My family and I are forever grateful for helping us through an Arizona summer. I recommend this company 1000%!!! Thank you again Mike, Austin, and the rest of your team!
Mike and his team were on time and worked quickly to meet my installation deadline. I have an old house so of course we ran into a few hiccups, but Mike was quick to respond and make things right when others might not have. I really appreciate his professionalism.
