Richard, Connor & crew did a fabulous job. Richard was able to give me a quote the day I called him. He responded quickly to any questions I had. He was informative, kind & honest. He quoted me for a system that fit my needs & price point. He didn’t try to sell me things that I did not need. My system was installed within 2 weeks!! On the day of install all the crew arrived on time. They kept me informed during the installation & answered any questions I had. They were awesome with my dogs too! After they were finished with the install Connor set my thermostat up on wifi & Richard walked me through the ins & outs of the system. When they left… they left the job site immaculate! They hauled off my rusted old swamp cooler too!! What a wonderful company! You can tell they take pride in their business! I highly recommend Richard & crew!
I have had to use Richard on several occasions. And I honestly would not want to have anyone else come and service my system. I trust him so much. It’s a very good feeling to have someone like him! Thanks for being so amazing!

Very responsive. Called Richard Monday about an A/C conversion. Following Monday evening, I had a new HVAC system. I am retired USAF and spent years inspecting others mechanical work. I watched the technicians throughout the install and had no issues with their work, experience or professionalism. Very happy customer.
Richard from Enchanted Hills Mechanical Is best guy for the job and ac repair. My ac unit went out and i was quoted 60 days for parts . He came out within 2 days and found out real issue and fixed it in 45 min. He was super awesome and was communicating with me every step of the way . I would highly recommend for ac repair and maintenance!!!
I have called numerous companies for my AC to get fixed and every company had a 2 week waiting period and or an outrageous initial charge. U found Richard and he saved the day. Very professional service and fast response in person to fix my AC. His pricing was very reasonable. He saved the day. Highly recommended and you won't regret calling him.
WOW is all I can find an appropriate word for. Fantastic service. Connor was at our home almost an hour and did such a thorough cleaning our furnace and checking rooms temps, etc. my furnace has NEVER had such service. I saw on FB a furnace cleaning for $49., second year FREE. Too good to be true, right? Wrong! It was true. Highly recommend calling Enchanted for your servicing needs. They will be back in March to do my Master Cool setup and new pads. Call them!
I have reviewed over 250 businesses on Google And I’m very honest with what I say . Enchanted hills Heating and cooling is the best HVAC company here in Bernalillo , I’ve got at least 6 quotes from different businesses and no one beat Enchanted hills HC . Richard gave me a very honest and reasonable quote on a new AC/Heating system and went for it , I’m glad I did They got my unit installed in one day and I am very satisfied with the quality of the unit as well as the service from Richard and his team . I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
It is uncommon to find a contractor the (1) listens to the customer, (2) has the expertise to make meaningful suggestions, (3) prices the project fairly, and (4) does what is promised. The above describes Richard of Enchanted Hills Heating and Cooling. He and his expert team just completed the install of a 3 zone Mitsubishi Mini-split AC system in my home in Rio Rancho. The project was completed on-time as promised. Congratulations, Richard and your team.
Well I called and set up a appointment with this company and he said he would be at my house for a estimate between 3 and 4pm. He called and said he couldn't make it, said he would come over the next day.Needless to say not only did he not show up, he didn't have the courtesy to call me. Apparently customer service is not one if this company's strong points.So a big thumbs down 👎👎👎👎.
Hands down THE best service I have ever had in my life, Richard is the nicest guy, informative, and just all around great he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it right then and there.
