Apologized with genuine feeling, he came quickly, fixed the problems to my complete satisfaction and gratitude 🥹 😊! All of his employees were courteous and professional.

Charlie was great! He delivered just as he said he would. Very professional & very personable! Installed a new AC system and did so very well. He explained everything to us fully as well. I have called them out to several different residences for hvac issues and repair. He always responds immediately and has even made emergency trips for me. They have never once over charged or tried to sell me something I don't need. Every repair has never needed additional work later. I appreciate these guys for being contractors that do the job well and dont over charge. Definitely my go to and recommend them often.
What an awesome service! The Encanto technicians are personable, honest, skillful and work hard to ensure that the job is not only done right, but at a reasonable price. They bent over backwards to get the company who sold me the air conditioner to honor the warranty so that I didn’t have to pay for the parts. They included me in the decision-making process and explained my options clearly and without pressure. These guys are smart, efficient, and made me feel like they were on my side. I wish every company had their service and work ethic.

Really had a great experience with Encanto from quote to installation. Firstly, they didn't bring that classic "used car salesmanship" to the table. I got 4 bids before deciding to go with Encanto and they were by far the most straight forward, informative and patient as I pondered the various options. The install went perfectly. The team was super courteous and went out of their way to make the process fast and efficient. The install was clean and the unit works like a charm. After they were done, the team cleaned up after themselves and wiped down the doors for fingerprints etc. I got a 5-ton unit for about 1/2 of what the big brand installers quoted me and the included smart thermostat was an added bonus. Very happy with Encanto's process, pricing, workmanship and professionalism.
I would hightly recommend Encanto Heating and Cooling. I had to get my HVAC system completely replaced and Charlie and his team provided an excellent service. They were professional, prompt, responsive, friendly, and fairly priced. Charlie and his team come from a family of experience in heating and cooling and they took the time to understand my needs, concerns and answer all my questions. Moreover, Charlie took the time to check in a couple weeks later to make sure I was happy about the way my system was running. They truly care about their customers on a different level and I am genuinely happy to have given them business and I will defintely will continue to call them in the future to maintain and service my system.
I have never left a review before but after I had encanto cooling take care of my whole house split system A/C replacement I knew I had to leave a review. He did a wonderful job, extremely professional and fast. You don’t have to sacrifice quality or price when going through encanto cooling. I recommend highly to anyone thinking of doing anything with your cooling and heating system.
Awesome work by this company. Out of all the companies I called to get a quote from to replace my whole A/C system, they were by far the most professional and honest people that came by. They explained everything thoroughly before, during, and after doing the job. Their price was also the best overall. They did not try to sell me any extra unnecessary stuff like the others, whose interest was just to get the most money possible out of the sale. I highly recommend them! We need more companies like this..

Great company with awesome service. Charley was very professional and answered all of our questions promptly. They installed a split unit into our home gym. The installation was done very well and the unit works great. We are able to get out garage gym down to 68 degrees on a day that was 101 outside. Would definitely recommend these guys for any of your AC or heating needs.

This is by far the best company I have ever hired. After going through 4 different "technicians" they came over and got the problem fixed in the first hour. This company is honest, reliable and very professional. They don't mess around and they take pride in their work. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they don't try to take advantage of you. They are 100% honest in what needs to be fixed unlike the other companies that are out to make a sale. I will definitely be calling them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Amazing prompt service! Roy quickly figured out what was wrong with our AC. With 101° degree temperatures, I’m glad they quickly got to the bottom of things and got us nice and cool for the rest of the day!
Charlie provided us a great quote to replace our old unit and convert from split to package. He was professional and answered all of our questions. He's been in the business a long time and knows what he's doing. Charlie and Ron came over and installed our new package unit and they got it done in one day. It's working perfectly and it is finally cool in our house. You cannot go wrong by having these guys work on your system. Don't overpay somewhere else
Carlos drove over 50 miles to come service our AC unit. He was very thorough, priced very fairly, and went above and beyond to make sure our unit was working. He immediately changed the parts that were broken. Had very good recommendations for further AC maintenance on our unit, worked very clean, and best quality service you can receive. He warranties his service and will follow up with you to make sure his work satisfied all of your needs.
