Heater stopped working on Saturday. It was cold outside. Repair crew arrived at noon on the following Monday. Heat was restored in 15 mi uses. Angelo really knows his stuff. You are lucky to have him! So are we. Your customers.

I had a very positive experience with Empire. The guys diagnosed my AC unit and worked with my home warranty company to have it replaced. Installation was top notch and the new unit is currently working great. I am not giving them 5 stars because they need to work on their communications. I always had to call them to find out what was happening for every step of this process. And that became very frustrating.
My AC broke in the middle of August. After dealing with the home warranty for 6 days and getting nowhere. Empire electrical sent out installer Jose G. To install a new condenser. Jose was so nice and professional. The weather was well over 105 and very humid. Jose worked fast and installed the new condenser within a few hours. Jose is the best of the best. I would highly recommend Jose to family and friends.

Service beyond reproach. From start to finish Jo Ann handled my many calls and questions with concern and she was very knowledgeable.
