AC went out on hottest day of year. Richard came out, went above and beyond to get the AC going again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. Will definitely hire again!

The response time was quick and went above my expectations. He squeezed inside my attic to check wiring. Not only did he install the C wire for my new thermostat but also explained that I needed a new ac unit because I didn’t know it had mole. I wasn’t notified from the last person who replaced a part last year and that’s why I would go to this company from now on. A company you can’t trust will do a good job and will look out for you
100% would recommend! The employees at Emery cooling have been amazing! I have had multiple companies come and dismiss my concerns about my unit not cooling down my house. Richard came out and was the first to tell me the truth about the unit size and how we can rectify it. I will be using Emery cooling for my HVAC needs and Solar in the future!

This company Richie and his crew worked so hard in 95 degree weather, professional, clean, and concerned about my situation, without air conditioning gave me a quote, came the next day and finished the job. The duct work was in the attic, they completely replaced it, replaced the electrical unit , and more. I gave them a 5 star because they deserve it. I’m impressed. I highly recommend Emery Heating and Cooling.
I’ve had such a good experience with Emery Cooling, Heating, and Solar, I feel it’s important to share my experience with a top-notch contractor. Generally, I'm not a person who does online reviews of construction or service jobs. With that said, I waited for a couple of weeks after the installation to make sure everything was still a quality, top-tier job. Spoiler alert: It absolutely IS a top tier company with the highest quality of customer service I’ve encountered since moving to AZ. TLDR; Emery Cooling, Heating and Solar is, hands down, the best company I’ve hired in Arizona for the past 12 years. A quick summary of my experience from January to mid-February 2023… When I filled out the online form for HVAC companies, I knew there would be a lot of responses to sort through. What I didn't expect was a written response generated in the first 4 minutes followed by a phone call from the owner of the company, Richard Emery. On that call, Richard carefully listened to my situation, evaluated a course of action and was able to have a recommendation based on ALL OF THE FACTS. I’ve been employed in construction, off and on, for almost 40 years. There’s something profound about helping someone solve a real-world problem and providing a real-world solution, at a fair price, on time, at budget, both quickly and professionally. Richard and his crew are very good at their job. After working the trades for nearly 20 years, Richard Emery started his own company and has hired an impressive group of people with a wide range of experience spanning several different areas of construction trades. He told me one of the reasons he started Emery Cooling, Heating, and Solar was because he was sick of seeing people not getting a company that was reliable and fairly priced. I was astounded to discover how knowledgeable his guys are - not just in HVAC, but in nearly every trade needed to pull off a major installation for the customer. Because I chose Emery for my AC contractor, my highest expectations have been greatly exceeded! First on my list was noise level. I wanted a system that was extremely quiet. The Bosch unit installed is of variable speed and is difficult to hear when running. In addition, the Ecobee thermostat and Smart Sensors installed, provide remarkable control of the system. This system is truly outstanding! Thanks Richard. Now, let's talk about service. First of all, when you call Emery, you talk to the boss! My first thermostat was faulty. Richard took my call at 8 pm and arrived at my house at 9:30 pm. This issue was promptly resolved. There was also an unexpected installation problem with the roof that required service from my roofer. Richard gave me a generous allowance to cover this unexpected expense. Problem solved. I'm happy with the job! I feel assured that this service will continue, I totally recommend Emery Heating & Cooling for all AC/Heating needs.
Richard was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal On a new unit. Our system was super old and died and we needed urgent help. He was fast and efficient and very friendly. I’d highly recommend him to a friend!

Rich is the owner of Emery Cooling, heating and solar. Him and his team are absolutely awesome. Him and his team came out to my house the first time about 3 years ago, after I was told I need a new air conditioning unit by another A/C company. Him and his team did what they had to do and made it to where my unit lasted another 2 years, luckily enough for me. I know that this is almost never the case. I did end up having them back 2 years later to install a brand new unit in my house. Him and his team were there on time, did an amazing job and we're out of there like they were never there in the 1st place. This company is very straightforward, his team is A++ Courteous and professional in every manner. Thank you Rich Emery. I still use their services to date.
I called Richard Thursday morning and was out that afternoon. Everything was fixed properly. And he gave me options and educated me on my unit. Will definitely use his services again.
