John Lewis is the name of the person who owns or runs the company and he is the LAST PERSON WHO YOU SHOULD BE CALLING for help with your air conditioning. His work is that short of a kid out of trade school...he spent almost 6 to 8 hours each day over the course of three days without any air conditioning on the phone getting instructions from other technicians and still didn't get it fixed until the third day and at one point even asked me to come out and help him, which at that point I was wondering if I was going to have to fix it myself anyway...I literally had to tell him that he was hooking up the wrong thing at one point he was so confused. This has been going on back and forth for at least two months since he first started the repair in the end of June and it's still not done yet and he's avoiding me and my calls like a debt collector and I even already paid him which was stupid on my end. He said that he would take a part from my unit and go to the warehouse and warranty it for the new parts and be back to fix it. I've never seen or heard of him since. I was scammed by an artist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and wait an extra day if you have to or spend an extra few bucks and call Welsch or Hoff...sorry John but you have a very disappointed customer here😪
