The only reason as to why they are receiving one star is because I cannot give them no stars. Imagine it is the hottest day on earth at 95° and hotter, and you reach out to this company and they inform you that they will be there within the hour. This causes you to not reach out to other companies since they assure you they will be there to assist you. This company not only did not show up, they ignored calls. They even ignored calls & text the following day. The irony of them being named emergency and not being there at all is insane. Very unprofessional and a waste of your time. You will have better luck looking ELSEWHERE.
Called for emergency service at 3:30p they set appt for that night, got call at 7:30-8 and said we aren’t coming tonight.. set up for am, no show-told by 12, no show then told before 3, no show, then I called for the 5th time and they said we can’t come out today! Whatttt…bad service! Spoke with call center again and they offered to dispatch another tech that day but I asked for confirmation first with a call back- which didn’t happen, called another company who came out and fixed it
The service was good but have spent two weeks trying to get an invoice and has been “escalated” with no response. Every time I call I’m told I’m speaking to dispatch and there is no customer service line. The techs are great but would hate to have an even bigger problem considering customer service is nonexistent.
I loved this contractor! They were able to get the A/C system maintenance done in a timely manner and for a surprisingly low cost. I was so happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch air-conditioning maintenance services.

I can't speak highly enough of this firm. The air conditioner in my always-sweltering neighborhood was acting up (at all). I gave them a ring, and within a few hours they were at my house fixing the problem. Great customer service; my questions were answered promptly.

This company was recommended to me for HVAC maintenance in the region. I did not understand how much damage I had until the examination was complete. They did such a terrific job and handled things with such professionalism that it didn't even feel like a huge deal.

Of course, people are more likely to write negatives reviews than positive ones. I never write reviews, but I’m writing this in hopes that the company makes amends for the damage they’ve done. I paid them $1000 for two different services within two months of each other and neither fixed the problem or adequately diagnosed the issue. The latter service caused a leak to our downstairs neighbor’s unit. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with management but have yet to receive a call back. I would be happy to rewrite my review if they handle this situation professionally and appropriately.
There isn't a better HVAC repair company than this one. Every one of their specialists has been thoroughly vetted, and they all hold relevant certifications and degrees. Both their pricing and their service are reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this firm.
