Had ac/heater installed last year. Been nothing but problems since then. First the ac didn't work because they connected the wires wrong. Now this winter the furnace isn't functioning either. Have tried to contact multiple times about the issue. But, they never come to fix it.
Fixed my car and found leaks the previous me missed. Installed sensor, coolant tank, and my fan clutch for $800 in my 05 bmw.
I couldn’t say anything but great things about Ramon and Emerald Mechanical. I couldn’t pass up the great deal this company offered for an AC unit! The most affordable I could find around! Ramon was very kind and his sons did an excellent job. A day after he gave me a bid one of his workers was unable to install the unit himself, Roman ended up dropping off the unit and got his sons to come out as soon as they could to get it done and impressively fast so we could start having cool air! We have LOVED the central air and appreciate Emerald for not only giving us a great deal but getting it done so fast! We are very impressed with their service and will recommend and use them more in the future for our air conditioning needs! Thank you Ramon and your sons for helping us out during these record breaking heat waves.

I would highly recommend Emerald Mechanical. Jean and his crew were very professional. They were on time and had out new furnace installed within a few hours. The two gentleman that came to install the furnace were clean and very polite and took there time to installing it. Jean spent time with me to explain all the different types of furnaces and options we had and to my surprise he didn't recommend the most expensive of the cheapest. He was honest with his answers and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Thanks Jean.
From a different Org, I was quoted over $6500 for a full replacement since they said it wasn’t even salvageable but John from Emerald HVAC came out and found out the problem. It was a quick fix and it saved me a ton of money! Overall great service and I love the honesty and professionalism.
These guys were Awesome to work with. The finished the job 1 day early and scheduled me in on the busiest time of the year for installing a furnace and all new ducting in the house.
I called Emerald and spoke to Jean. Over the phone I already had more confidence than I did with the last two HVAC Contractors (who no showed multiple times). Jean came on the day he said he would, when he said he would. When it comes to the service industry its amazing how many businesses don't understand what it takes to instill confidence. Jean and Emerald get it! I live in Midway and he drove out to us for the consult and gave me a much better understanding of the actual problem and furthermore gave me multiple options to fix it. I will absolutely call them again and recommend in an instant to anyone I know. Emerald is the best!

These guys are or new go to HVAC company! If you want honest, reliable and affordable service call these guys! One of my ac units stopped working as soon as the temperature got warmer and our previous HVAC guy told us it was going to need to be replaced because it was pretty old, Jean from Emerald came out to take a look and found that some wiring in the unit had crossed and caused it to stop working. He fixed right away and told us our unit is not considered old and should work fine for a few more years. I wish we had known about these guys when we became home owners!
