This company received my payment in full but did not do the job I hired it to do, which was to give me an estimate for replacing the zones panel. The company has not responded to phone calls and email.
Do NOT use this company. The owner, Duane, took our money and ran. 2 days ago, he drained our pipes; yet, it's still freezing on the first level of our home. He promised to return if there was an issue however several messages have been left on his phone followed by a text message, and he hasn't gotten back to us. Absolutely unprofessional. I STRONGLY recommend you consider another company.

Great service. I would highly recommend their service. I needed my ac condensed replaced recently and they made it happen seamlessly. They also replaced the thermostat which was a mercury thermostat with a digital thermostat.

Great company very very honest thought I had a major cooling issue. Company came in and less than ten minutes. Found my issue and told me how cheap of a price it was!!

My husband and I highly recommend Duane and Elm Pro Heating. Duane recently replaced our central air conditioning unit and thermostat and we couldn't be happier. He is professional and reliable, a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent and he always arrived exactly when he promised.
I can't remember ever working with a business that has been more professional or more accommodating to their customer. The technician came out to an emergency situation in short notice and worked long hours to get the job done at an INCREDIBLE cost. I just want to say thank you to the elm pro company for coming through diagnosing and fixing my heating problem. I called needing help and he was very professional in his availability and was prompt with his arrival time. He looked at my system and told me what was causing the problem. He then Was able to get my system running again but recommended I get the replacement part so I won’t have any issues going forward... highly recommend

Duane is the absolute best! It’s not easy to find someone you trust when it comes to necessary repairs. We have used their services twice already and we will be customers for life. Duane is professional and HONEST which is a quality hard to find when you need repairs. You don’t need to look any further you just need to call Elm Pro. You won’t regret it.

Duane did a superb job in fixing my furnace. On and off for the past two weeks in late October/November my furnace has been going out with subsequently no heat. Before Duane's visit, I called out a different local company (Google Verified I might add) that came by three times to solve the problem but my furnace stopped working after each visit. Frustrated (and cold!) that I was getting nowhere, I contacted Elm Pro Heating and Cooling. Duane was able to identify the problem within 10 minutes of inspecting my furnace (flooded inducer fan). He fixed the issue within 45 minutes and now I have heat! He was able to come out the same day that I called while other companies were not giving me an appointment for 72 hours plus. I would definitely recommend Duane for future heating and cooling needs. This is an occasion where you should not go with the first google hit and actually try to probe deeper within the maze of google and yelp reviews.
