Great service. Very professional!
Would never recommend this company, they installed a cheap furnace & A/C unit in my daughters home 3 years ago, I say cheap because that’s what one of the service men told her & said they no longer sell HEIL units. Every season that comes the A/C or the furnace needs repaired, this is the 3 rd year for the furnace & it’s blowing cold air, called them & was told they came last year & replaced a part that was under the manufacture warranty but they only have a 1 year warranty and because my daughter didn’t pay $360. for services that were under warranty they wouldn’t come out. There’s a 2 month old baby in the house. What the heck, Because I know a honest HVAC guy he came right away , got the part and restored heat so my grand babies will be warm. Oh and he only charged $60. These people are heartless and wish them the same as they gave my daughter 👎🏻

Our ac went out in our home! Frantic we began calling around locally to find a company to come out. Elkins was by far the most professional and down to earth people we came in contact with. They assessed our ac and helped us to understand what we were needing and why. Showed us different options and was transparent in what they were doing. On the day of install- They were here on time, asked if we had any questions or concerns and then jumped right in on the install. They were kind to our dog who of course had to be in the middle of it all and walked us through what they were doing when we peaked in on them working. When we received the bill it was for the quoted price which I find is very unusual these days. Fair pricing and good customer service is why we rated a 5 star.

I had a system that had been on it's last leg for 10 years, Elkins Air Conditioning & Heating INC replaced the entire system, with a heat pump system, new furnace & we relocated the furnace from under the house to inside for easy access. I could not have been more pleased!!! My energy bills dropped nearly 40% and the guys were all so knowledgeable & professional. William Elkins and partner Kevin are the best!! As a single woman w/o mechanical knowledge I trust these guys totally and recommend them 100%

When we needed to have our outside unit mounted onto the house foundation we called on Elkins HVAC. They were very prompt and fast to respond and very fairly priced. Their work was extremely well done. They took no short cuts and finished the job in a very timely fashion. We will definitely be giving them a call for any of our future HVAC needs.
Elkins came as a recommendation and the service was thorough and excellent. While the repair itself was small, Steve not only educated me on the problem, but also gave me great insight of bigger problem. The previous owner of my house was sold a much larger AC unit than necessary. He walked me through how an HVAC system should work and why an oversized unit is problematic. It made complete sense. Most importantly, he was legitimately concerned with the concept of overselling buyers, which really resonated with me. Elkins has my future business.
By far the best AC & Heating company around. We felt they had our best interests in mind from the get go. No oversell. The crew was fantastic, at times I wasn’t even sure they were here. Best and most professional work I’ve ever seen. Wish I could post pix. We were oversold by our last AC/Heating experience, Weir Heating & Cooling, and lost about 7-10 years life expectancy on both. Use Elkins - you can trust them.
Elkins provided quick, and excellent service. Instead of trying to sell me a bigger AC unit, they recommended the appropriate size unit with some mechanical changes to the furnace to maximize the efficiency. Everyone was kind, and friendly. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
Great company! Both Willie and Kevin have done great jobs for us. We used them when we built in 2002 and then again when we built in 2017.

Seriously excellent service. I went from having a broken furnace and making a phone call to Elkins, to having a fixed furnace that works better than ever before... in less than a few hours!. Service was faster than I expected, and WIlliam, the man that came to do the work, was very nice and friendly. I've found my new hvac guy!
We have recently had a new American Standard heating unit installed in our home. We were delighted with the customer service we received from the Elkins Air Conditioning and Heating team. The bid process was very informative and not a stressful sales pitch. The installation team arrived promptly and worked diligently and consistently to install our unit. It was evident that Matt and Mike were knowledgeable and thorough in their performance. When the job was complete, they left the job site very neat and clean. The following day William came out to inspect their work and help us complete the set-up of our new thermostat. He also did the paperwork to get our rebates. His low-key, but highly knowledgeable approach to working with customers, is a breath of fresh air, and it provided me with the confidence to make the large purchase. I highly recommend you consider Elkins Air Conditioning and Heating to help with your HVAC needs.
