Elite Property Maintenance did an amazing job installing my new ceiling fan. They were fast and friendly. They offered to move the box and old fan off the property for me and cleaned up after the job was complete. I will hire them again for my next electrical job!
Tim and John did a good job replacing my condenser and evaporator coil. They did even more than I expected them to do. When they realized the evaporation coil was taller than they previously thought, they removed, raised, and reinstalled my furnace for no additional cost and did not insist I replace it. They also notice the back door to my garage wasn't shutting right, so Tim rehung the door for me out of the kindness of their heart. They weren't the most punctual or fastest service provider I have ever worked with, but they were far more affordable than the other quotes I recieved for the same job, which is more preferable for me. Thank you Tim, John and Elite Home Maintenance for making my home comfortable to live in again!

So typically, I'm a DIY kind of guy, however, just like you and/or anybody else, I have my limitations. Well, when it comes to heating, venting and air conditioning (HVAC), guess what?.. Yes, it was not within my purview lol. Recently, my AC went out on me, and wouldn't you know it, during the height of summer. One-hundred plus degree weather outside equalled a ninety plus degree temperature, along with fifty plus percent humidity level, inside. I tried my hand at addressing the problem. I watched Youtube videos and surfed the net for a solution, coming to the conclusion that I either had dirty air filters, a bad capacitor, a bad blower motor or bad control board. But which one or ones? I troubleshooted until I ran out of options, but to no avail. Just imagine sweating during the day and sweating during the night. Exactly! Enough was enough. I finally broke down and sought help. I was initially very cautious though. It's not like I have money to throwaway, right?! So, I took to Yelp. I have a fair amount of luck in finding professional and knowledgeable individuals on there. I sent out a mass request for quotes and promptly received responses. I must say that it is frustrating to see so many cast $75-$140 service call fees just to come out and look at your issue, but it is particularly disturbing when they charge those amounts and then follow it up with an astronomical repair cost quote, only to get a second opinion and find that the first was overkill. However, one response in particular caught my eye. "I do not charge a service call for first time Customers, diagnosing the problem is free", stated Timothy Anderson (Tim) of Elite Property Maintenance, LLC. You may be thinking that seemed too good to be true. Haha, so did I, but I assure you, I made the right choice. Tim made himself available and worked with my schedule.
