Stay away. We called them out because our a/c is not been able to keep up with the heat during the day. Came out looked at our system and said he would have to order a part. It has now been 3-4 weeks we have been calling from 1-2 times a day to get an update. Refuses to call us back. Sent a message and also no response. Stay away unless you don’t care when your work gets done. Not a good way to run a business.
So we hired Bruce after getting 3 bids from other places. He was hit and miss on getting his work done. He doesn't like to get dirty. Once he got the install completed we had many issues with the heat an air, in which he found a way not to cover under his fantastic warranty he so talked about. It always seem to come back to sheet rock dust. He will barely will return a phone call, tell you he's coming only to not show up. He replaced a transformer (at my expense) but left it laying on the bottom never remounted. He replaced the board twice (at my expense), Left long wires everywhere. Would never use him or recommend him to anyone. Even if it was for free. On top of all that he wasted no time to bill you and need his money.
Came off a referral and couldn't be happier. Takes time to explain if you want to know what's going on. It's icy outside and my heater is working. Couldn't be happier. Also does great A/C work. Highly recommended.
I am very grateful for the quality and professionalism of the people with Elite Mechanical. I have used them for the last couple of years at my business and my home. Every time I have needed anything they have been quick thorough and generally much less expensive than I anticipate. Thank you Elite Mechanical and specifically Bruce Cox for being so quick every time! I would like to add a comment about the poor reviews I am seeing on this page. I have noticed the majority have been very recent. I have never had any experience as they are describing and personally think someone is trying to ruin this company by giving bad reviews. I would say call the company and judge for yourself. I am positive you will be glad you did. Thanks again Elite Mechanical on many jobs well down for me...
This is a great company! The technician is a great man who not only addressed the problem but does it at little cost sometimes. Doesn’t believe in breaking the bank but just fixing the product so it works. I also admire that he offers discounts to veterans. Taking care of those who take care of us. There no other person I would call than Elite Mechanical LLC!!! Take from an educators who makes little. It’s hard to find someone to trust that isn’t out to make a fortune from you. This company looks out for the customer first.
Our family is very thankful for Elite Mechanical, LLC. The technician that has come to our home has been very professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and most certainly trustworthy. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem with our heater and was very reasonable with our bill. Now we are confident that our girls will stay warm all winter. Not only did ther owner cut us off on the road but he also felt the need to flip us off.
