Word is short to explain the awesomeness of this company. Don’t look anywhere just call Elite. Jonathan was prompt to return call. Available with the scheduled time and efficient and knows his job. He even helped and corrected me on how to replace my Hvac filter. Call Elite for your cooling and heating job. He knows his job.
I have used Elite Mechanical for some time they installed my A/C system, serviced my heater and ran a gas line to my stove. very easy to work with, prompt there when they say, very neat and professional never had a problem with anything that they have done pricing is fare. I will use in the future.
We had our furnace serviced by Elite a few weeks ago (Very Reasonable) and just left again after our Oil provider would not service our tank due to a vent pipe issue (Completely Separate from the Furnace). Not even a day later...Jon came by to inspect and walked me through the right fix within an hour. I cannot say enough on his honesty. He has earned a customer for life, and would definitely recommend his service to anyone in the Bucks and Montgomery County Area.
A few weeks ago on a cold day my heat stopped working. I called Jon from Elite Mechanical. Although he was currently on a job he returned my call within a few minutes. Jon asked me to switch the thermostat to backup heat and let him know what happened. After telling him that it was not working he said that he would come to my house in a few hours. Jon arrived as promised on the same day and diagnosed the issue as a bad relay in my heat zoning box. He was able to safely bypass the relay and restore my heat. Within a day, Jon got me pricing for the new part that I needed (which was very reasonable) and came back to reinstall it later in the week. My heat is now working better than ever. But most importantly - I finally found the best HVAC guy! Thanks Jon, you are in my saved contacts!
We had our boiler/furnace replaced by Elite. Jon was extremely helpful. He helped explain what the issue was and what the best option was for replacement. It was super easy working with the team and the communication was easy. The work was done quickly, quality was great, and pricing was very transparent. Couldn’t ask for more.
I had Jon come out because my heater wouldn’t start after running out of oil. He did a maintenance and cleaning and got it running! He is very thorough and professional!
My Experience with Elite Mechanical [Re; Jon, owner] Note; I haven’t written or even had the desire to give my opinion concerning a service company in years. What I have experienced in service providers sometimes have been grossly overrated, incompetent or extremely overpriced with the initial estimate and/or later add-ons. Elite Mechanical came to my attention through a trusted neighbor who highly recommended Jon . I’m the type that likes to shop around before purchasing anything, and I have learned from prior [82 years] experience, and in order to avoid any future criticism from the queen of the house. After we spoke with Jon ,we had no doubt he was the right man for the job [both heater and AC ]. He explained in detail our options in equipment and cost in reference to our actual needs. He held to his quote and performed admirably. When he first arrived, to start the job, in his very clean and impressive truck, on time, he immediately donned foot covering for cleanliness. I knew I made the right choice. Note; He left the job spotless. My neighbors were 100% correct in their recommendation, and we are still good friends. I would just like to add my recommendation to whoever may be in need of good quality work at a reasonable price.
