I had another big name company come out and told me I had 1.5% of my Freon left and they don’t make it anymore and I would need an entire new HVAC system. What? I called Elite (Kelly) and he came out and quickly found the issue was a fan in my furnace. He quickly replaced on the spot. Turns out I had 95%(!) of my coolant left and my a/c fired up right away and is working better than ever. He was an absolute breath of fresh (cold) air compared to a vast majority of the frauds out there. If anyone pulls out their little tablet and explains you need a new AC/furnace… call Kelly. One of the last honest, talented techs out there. FIVE STARS!!!
We have used Kelly multiple times on issues with our heat. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. We live in a house that was built in 2012 and called a big company to come out to look at our heat that keeps turning off and wont kick back on. They told me I need a whole new furnance that would run me well over 7,000$. I wish I would have called Kelly sooner because he came right away. Replaced the part and fixed our heat within minutes and was very reasonably priced. I have two littles in the house so it is always appreciative that there is honest people out there that are not in it for ripping people off. Very thankful that guys like Kelly still exist! I will recommend him to all my family and friends!

We had Kelly come out last summer to look at our AC because it wasn’t keeping up. He repaired a few things but said we would need to start saving for a new one. So this summer when it was acting the same, we knew it was time to replace it. Kelly came out and gave us a few options and quotes. My sister had a bunch of companies give her some quotes last fall for the same thing and Kelly’s quote beat them all. After we decided to go ahead with the replacement, everything was ordered, arrived and installed really quickly. We highly recommend! He’s professional, clean, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
They quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that another plumber caused which could have cost us a lot of money. Thank you for your honesty and integrity!

I would give more stars if I could. Great service, very knowledgeable, and great prices. Elite lives up to its name. If you want a straight shooter this is the company to use. There will be no BS or up selling with this company. Will tell you exactly what you need.
When we were in need of a natural gas line for our water heater on a Saturday he dropped what he was doing and met us at his shop. He cut us a piece of line and gave us sound advice on next steps. He was very kind, honest, and helpful. We would highly recommend him to anyone!
I called Kelly at Elite Heating and Cooling after recommendations from one of my trusted neighbors and from a friend in the commercial heating an cooling business. My heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year, Kelly came out as soon as I was able and resolved the issue. He clearly knows his stuff and did a great job resolving the issue and did so at a very good price. A short time later I had a secondary, less serious issue (not caused by his work) and I called him he was even able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and advise me (effectively) on how to quickly and easily resolve the issue myself. He provides great, honest, service and I would highly recommend Elite to anyone.

Kelly at elite heating and cooling is one of the most honest hard working people I know. Kelly services my home, and my rental properties. I trust Kelly so much that I even introduced him to my parents and brother. Kelly is the kind of guy that you could leave the front door open with a blank check on the counter and tell him to lock up when he is done. Highly recommend him.
Don't believe these reviews thisguye Kelley is a liar and ripped me off or tried my wife had known and met him her work at the time but she passed away God rest her soul he had done our air conditioning at one point and did well and a reasonable price so I decided to call her much later for a furnace problem it was a Friday night and cold but he came over at night I thought great but was almost sure I would be paying for that to but no problem so he looks at heater and says your igniter is out but your in luck i have one so he fixed it in ten minutes I was relieved I said what do I owe you he says well do you have cash i said around 6o dollars and he says give me that and you can write a check for the part 150 dollars i say ok parts are expensive these days I said thanks for coming over do you have a receipt he says no that is why I gave you a break on total bill i said okay and he left thinking something sounds fishy so next morning I called 3 appliance parts places the highest price for the best igniter made was 45 dollars and said to myself that jerk ripped me off and know I felt like he made me out to feel like a real fool so right away i called my bank and stopped payment and never heard anything back at all and this was about a year ago so I will leave it up to you the reader what you think his motive was because if he was really due this money he would have been knocking on my door that day or whenever he tried to cash check so if you do decide to hire this thief ask questions and document good luck so in the end I didn't make out to bad I 30 for the part and 3o dollars from the labor not bad for what might have been a cold night he also wanted cash so he didn't have to claim it on income tax all in all the whole deal was bad business on his plate
Kelly recently fixed my furnace, he was honest, friendly, and explained all that was going wrong with my furnace to me. He fixed my furnace in a timely manner and his pricing is extremely fair. Great guy, Great service!
