Elite is the most professional HVAC company I have worked with in Chattanooga. They stand behind their word and they saved me money. I will use them for all my personal and professional matters in the future.
Elite Air was recommended to me and I can see why. I needed a whole new HVAC unit installed which I knew wasn't going to be cheap. When I called to get a quote, Matt was the only person I had spoken to, from any HVAC company, that offered to fix my existing unit instead of automatically selling me a new one. Their price was also the lowest and Matt suggested I get a personal loan from my bank to pay for it instead of using the financing company in order to save myself a lot of interest. It was obvious then that their focus is on the customer, not the sale. His team showed up right when they said they would and got my new unit installed, and a brand new smart thermostat for no extra cost, in less than 4 hours. I know I could've been easy prey as a divorced mom and first time homeowner, but they made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. Matt and Richard, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

These guys are just incredible. HomeServe sent them to my home the first time to perform an AC cleaning. I was so incredibly impressed with their team I use them for everything HVAC related. They go above and beyond every time with responsiveness, care and thorough explanations of everything that’s happening. They guide me every step of the way. They even reach back out later to ensure satisfaction. They are the best most honest guys in the AC business!
