LA finally decides to have a winter and of course my heater decides to stop working, so I reached out to El Segundo and their response time was great. They came yesterday and got straight to the root of the problem; my place was nice and toasty by the end of the day! I’ll add that their staff is very friendly but professional as well. I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Awesome technician, awesome customer service. Great company. I already knew what the problem was. The guy told me exactly what the problem was and repaired it. It is rare to find a company with both expertise and integrity. The technicians came in and were able to find the problems with my air conditioning units right away. They then presented me with options to fix my units. When I asked if I should replace one of the units in question, I was advised by the technician to save money by simply replacing a motor and additional parts that were at fault. Which company would advise you NOT to purchase a new unit when presented with the opportunity to do so?! I will ALWAYS use El Segundo Heating & Air Conditioning for all my AC and heating needs. They are trustworthy and incredibly HONEST. They have the customers' best interest at heart. This kind of customer service is so refreshing to find these days. I'm a VERY HAPPY customer.
Great services!! They came the same day I called my AC was leaking and they helped me. Great prices, shopped around and this was the best I found, definitely recommend.

I was online to see any local AC installation companies for a quote that I needed within the next two days, but was unsuccessful. I came across Arctic AC company and they were able to meet my request.
My house is very old and is not very well insulated so it gets hot. It was time to get some kind of AC but wasn't sure how it would get installed. I found this company Arctic that told me they would customize the installation and would be a clean job, so I hired them and yes is clean and I don't have worry about heat anymore. Very much appreciated, thanks.

I'm from Los Angeles and I needed a quote on a new Air Conditioner because my old AC was not working anymore. I found Arctic heating and air company and they were able to quote me the next day. Which I'm happy because I needed one already with this heat that comes and goes. Thank you guys.
