Outstanding!! Marco, the owner and Maurcio worked on a very challenging HVAC replacement and mold remediation in my house. I can't say enough about how professional and upstanding they are. The crew did an excellent job. They were conscientious, timing and did quality work. Both Mauricio and Marco understand customer service well. For example, I found a screw in my expensive SUV tires that matched the screws they were using on the job. When I brought this up to Elim HVAC, they took responsibility and quickly took care of the replacement cost without a fight. I'm a business owner myself and I've seen very few business owners as upstanding and ethical as Marco. I highly recommend ELIM HVAC.

Elim HVAC did a great job. They came to changed and readjusted my rental property AC duct. Carlos finished and completed the work in one day. My tenant liked their work and thought the air quality even improved. I’ll definitely call them next time for AC services.
I got a Mini Split Air conditioner installed at my place,the girls were prety helpful when i called to set and appointment, the techs were respectful n very professional, one of the things that i liked the most was that after installing they clean up. They guide me through the whole work they did, so that was nice. Definitely recommen them!
I'm so satisfied with the service techs at Elim. The tech explained the problem and items that were about to go. So they fixed it all. I would highly recommend Elim!
Fantastic service! Alex was the tech that came out and not only does he know his stuff, he is a nice guy and did a fantastic top-notch job. Elim is definitely going to be my go-to for maintenance and service!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Prior to installation they promised to do yearly check every March and respond to any issues immediately. After installation we discovered leaks in the system which they never addressed until I asked them to take their system back and give me back my money. We are still not sure if the system is leaking or not. They were supposed to change our vents, which never happened even after several calls. The yearly check does not happen regardless of number of calls or emails.
Very knowledgeable, professional and honest people to work with. You will not be disappointed.
