Installed Two Ecobee Thermostats. Very polite. Quick Appointment. Great at Communication. I will def consider them for any future a/c needs.
My HVAC wouldn't cool. Elevation came out within an hour of calling them and had it fixed within a half hour. Great service. Very professional.
After one night without AC in the North Carolina summer and others not being able to get to us within a few days, these guys made it out and got it back up and running within a few hours! They’re a new business, but they know their stuff. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! They are who we will work with from now on.

Form quoting, scheduling to final installing of the new systems, Marcus is very knowledgeable and professional in explaining everything in details in every step of the way. highly recommend this company and would use Elevation again for any of my HVAC repair and install in future.
Very professional and very trustworthy. Our ac unit stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year, they came out within the hour to assess and repair a broken part. No crazy diagnosis or recommendations about unnecessary work, just fixed it and tested everything once it was repaired. Old school service and quality. Highly recommend!
Our heating and cooling units needed replacement, and after multiple estimates, we chose Elevation H&C and were not disappointed. The installers were very efficient, neat, and skilled and the cost was very competitive. We are extremely happy and highly recommend their services. We would hire them again without hesitation.
Elevation replaced our leaking A/C on short notice after we discovered a leaking coil. The new work was buttoned up even better than before and we are enjoying cold air once again. I am looking forward to working with them on an upcoming renovation that will require expanding and reconfiguring our existing HVAC system.
Marcus and his team at Elevation were top notch. We have a mini split that was not working well. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner at a great rate. Their professionalism and diligence were amazing. Highly recommend!
