Malachi did an AMAZING job for us. He ordered the parts needed for our air conditioner, got them replaced and now our air conditioner is running great!! Thank you Malachi for everything you did for us!!
When our air conditioner quit working my wife was very stressed out being a stay at home mom with our two young kids, I gave elevated comfort a call and Malachi was to the rescue in less than 24 hrs, him and his team were very professional and all around great to work with. Anybody looking for a highly skilled and qualified hvac technician should not skip past these guys, they’ll be our first call for any hvac needs in the future!
Our ac froze over the weekend and Malachi was over the same day and the next first thing in the morning (on a Sunday nonetheless) to make sure things were running smoothly and correctly. He was great to work with, highly recommend! Very personable and professional! Thanks Malachi!!!

Elevated Comfort installed a mini-split system for my family. The equipment came from the manufacturer with a faulty Schrader valve. Malachi and team stood by their warranty and resolved the issue even though the manufacturer was at fault. Thanks again for delivering!

We recently had a no cool situation and without hesitation we called Elevated. Malachi came to the aide and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and on a Sunday non the less!! Told us what the problem was and what he would be doing to fix it. My house is now the arctic tundra just the way we like it. I could not be happier with the service this company provided. Malachi from Elevated Comfort HVAC is one of The Best in the Business for a few reasons: 1) Responsive-He answered the phone, asked questions and had someone out to my house and issue repaired the SAME day! 2) Communication-It was clear, concise and upfront about cost (No Hidden up charge! How is that for Best Business Practice?!) 3) Honest-The price they quoted was the price I pay. They explain what’s wrong, the need for a particular repair and offer other recommendations. 4) Professional-Another word for this is friendly. He seemed like a friend when I first spoke with him and the bottom line: “He took care of me!” My family will enjoy a cooler home this summer because of this friendly, honest, communicator that is responsive to people’s HVAC needs! Malachi went above and beyond to restore our instant hot water heater. He came in yesterday evening after hours to fix the problem that was the gas company’s fault. Malachi and Daniel came out for a bid on a job that it turns out I didn't need! They could have tried to sell me on things that I didn't need to make money, but they didn't. That's why I'm calling them only from now on because I trust them. Found my HVAC go to business.
