I worked with Chase on the record hottest week of 2023 in Oregon. He attempted to help me over the phone when I called for service but needed to diagnose in person. He spotted the problem (thermostat) quickly and took care of me. A/C was back online and my house was cooling down, on time and on budget. I'm now a fan of Elevate. Thanks, Chase.
I called Chase to come and check out my ac compressor and figure out why it wasn't working. Chase said he'd be there at 9. He called to say he would be a little late, with that said he showed up at 9:06. I would consider that on time. He checked out the compressor and let me know what was wrong. He had the part and fixed it right then and there. He inspected the whole system and gave me a brief overview of how things looked. I would highly recommend Chase and Elavate!

Our A/C was went out last week and Chase offered to come by over the weekend (for no additional charge) to inspect it. It started working again, so we called him back to schedule a routine maintenance call(and save the emergency spot for someone that needed it). Chase showed up on time, did the maintenance and fixed the part that caused the problem the weekend prior. Not only was he very professional, but very personable and fair priced. He also gave me some great tips on some other HVAC maintenance. I highly recommend Elevate for all of your HVAC needs!

I’ve called on Chase for routine maintenance, to inspect and evaluate the heating and cooling system on a house we purchased and recently to replace our old furnace. We have consistently been impressed with Chase’s professionalism, depth of knowledge and experience and his dependability. He’s done all he’s promised and more. He said he’d be at our house at 8:30 to begin work and he drove up at 8:29. When our old furnace broke down during cold weather, he prioritized the replacement job and made sure we were able to stay warm in the meantime. Chase is personable and dependable. When our son’s air conditioning failed, we didn’t hesitate at all referring Chase as the one to call. I’d recommended him to anyone with a heating or cooling issue.
Top tier service. My AC went out one afternoon, I called Chase at 8AM and said he could be at the house at 9AM since he would be around there already. He came on time, called me while I was at work and confirmed he could fix it. Fixed it in 20 minutes and I came home to a working AC. Fair priced, personal service and patient! Thanks for helping out before a heatwave to keep us cool!

Chase was very professional and did excellent work. Was able to fit us in very quickly. Will use again in the future. Update 1 year later. 07/25/22 I have filled out a Google request for service, and also called this company twice and left messages. So far, I have heard nothing back. I know this is a very busy time of year, however I called and requested the service last week.

In the past we had gone through a different company for services and not only had a horrible experience, but felt that we were being taken advantage of. I found Elevate Heating & Cooling in our area, and from my first interaction with Chase, he was professional and responsive. Within a day he and his associate were at our home inspecting our system, determining the issues, making the repairs needed, and in less than an hour our system was back up and running. Chase and his associate did and excellent job fixing our system, service was prompt, and the cost was beyond reasonable. We will definitely hold onto Chase’s contact information for ourselves for future, and for referrals should anyone we know be in need of service.
