Scott did an amazing job today! He arrived on time. He quickly troubleshooted my system to determine the cause of my system not running offered solution (new thermostat), installed new thermostat, helped me set it up and we arranged for him to come back for future maintenance visits to ensure that the system is working properly and as efficient as possible. I would highly recommend Elemental HVAC!

Elemental exceeded my expectations for the installation of a ducted air handler and two mini split systems. Their quote was also *significantly* cheaper than some of the more popular "big" guys. Very responsive to emails, calls, texts and they walked me through every step of the mass save rebate process. Their timelines and installations were also quick, but thorough. We received our 10k rebate ~3 months from installation and our house is now heated/cooled efficiently and effectively. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Scott!

Scott is one of the best I ever saw in HVAC system maintanence. Today, he fixed a very complicated furnace issues of my 30 years gas boiler. The way he diagnosing the issue, finding the root cause, coming up with a solution, is just amazing. He is also very friendly, neat, professional , and prompting response to any questions i have. Highly recommend Elemental Heating and Cooling! I initially had an emergency HVAC company look at our furnace that went out and were told we would need a new furnace to the tone of 7500$! Elemental came in the next day, looked at our furnace and solved a very simple electrical problem to which my furnace needed no further repairs! The best consult fee I have ever spent in my life! Elemental even did a once over on our furnace to make sure all looked good once it was up and running - which it was indeed in fine shape. A very honest company.

I am very impressed with Scott's service at Elemental Heating and Cooling. He gave us a very fair estimate that was actually lower than 3 other vendors and came with his help and installed a new AC system as promised. Our tenant had accidentally turned off the system when cleaning the fan outside. When I called Scott to see why the brand new AC was not working, he kindly went there to check on it and reported to us the root cause. They are extremely generous in time and very on time! Best service I’ve used in HVAC. They are very available and even picked up call on Labor Day. I would most definitely recommend them to all my friends and family around the area. They also gave me great tips in maintenance of the AC, made recommendations to me for other reliable professionals for other services. I trust them 100%!

I can't say enough good things about Scott. He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, affordable and knows what he's doing! He got an ancient central a/c unit up and running after 4 years of it not being in use. We were given a quote of $15,000 from another company. They said we needed a new unit. Scott went straight to the repair and tune-up route. I will use Elemental Heating & Cooling for yearly tune-ups and for whenever the need arises for their particular services.

Scott did annual maintenance to my Mitsubishi mini-split system & was great to work with. He was one man army & identified and fixed a leak in my A/C (which was causing it to not work properly) as well as filled the refrigerant. Biggest plus was he also tested & made sure my system also generated heat which I was told by previous owners does not work. Overall fantastic experience working with Scott who is very polite, calm & answers all your questions & overall cost for repair/maintenance was fair. I already recommended him to a friend of mine & signed up for annual maintenance with him going forward.

Scott Waterhouse from Elementa Heating and Cooling was great - on time, personable and knowledgeable. He installed a Google Power Connector to the furnace, which gives our Nest thermostat the power the current wiring in the house wasn't able to provide. While working on that, he found some wiring that needed cleaning up as well as one wire needing to be rewired altogether. After that was done, Scott found a dead chipmunk in the unit, along with accompanying refuse. He cleaned the unit out and showed how to prevent animals from getting in at the outside vent. We will definitely have Scott back to work on our furnace or AC when ever we need help in the future.

I have used Elemental for my Boiler and Wall AC multi unit maintenance, so far Scott is very nice to work with and took care of my appliances. Highly recommend.

My carrier furnace was showing some error codes and was not working properly. When I requested, Scott responded immediately and came home same day. He quickly diagnosed and found the inducer motor was not working. He went beyond in removing the whole motor by cutting blocking pipes, cleaned it up and put it back on and ensured everything worked fine. To avoid future trouble, he also called carrier and checked if the motor is in warranty and got me a new inducer motor. Extremely happy with his quality of work and he did what's best for me. Its fantastic to work with Scott. He communicates well, listens and responds to your questions patiently. His prices are also reasonable as well.

I called Elemental Heating & Cooling (Scott) for a AC condenser & coil replacement. Had gotten several competing quotes. I hired him because of his explanation of the job you could tell how meticulous and knowledgeable he is. I'm glad I did! He was prompt, did a great job, cleaned up after himself, was thoroughly professional, and this was all at a fair price. I now have a service plan with them for piece of mind. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

I was please with his prompt reply and reasonable price. He recently installed the air conditioner in my living room. He and his associate provided reliable, courteous, neat, and efficient service. I would highly recommend him if you are interested in getting air conditioning for your home.

I was searching for an HVAC contractor to repair my overhead gas heater in my industrial unit. From the internet I was able to contact Scott Waterhouse of Elemental HVAC in Westford, MA and he was available that afternoon for a diagnostic review of my heater. I was very glad to have reached him, as I had no luck trying to obtain the services of other local contractors, one of which was just next door to my unit. I went home and told my wife that afternoon how fortunate I was to locate a contractor as I had been without heat over the weekend and she had been participating in my grief. Scott showed up promptly at the designated time and went right to work evaluating my problem with the heater. He established the problem almost immediately and ordered the necessary component to repair the heater. He picked up the part and returned to install it the next afternoon. In a short time, he completed the work and had the heater operating perfectly. He did an excellent installation exercising care with the appropriate gas sealants, obtained a wiring diagram for my particular unit and did a thorough and complete job of making sure everything was put back correctly. For a young man, Scott is extremely bright, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.
