Veronica was very professional and followed up when I forgot to pass on some details. The tech that came to do the HERS test even helped me with some final touches to make sure my newly installed system would work as efficiently as possible. Great team with top level customer service. We purchased a new home that was 15 yrs old. We were so cold we had to check the insulation, and we were shocked! It had barley any blown in insulation!!! We called around but Element seemed better qualified to us, so we went with them. We made the right choice for us. We got the job done within days and we are very satisfied and warmer.
Element did a great Job replacing our furnace with a High efficency furnace. They did a very godo and clean Job.

My rental properties in S. San Jose needed new insulation, and new furnaces and I wanted to add AC also. Element was a company that could do both projects. I was able to get an estimate fairly fast and the job was completed within 8 days. The price was very good for the amount of work that was completed. The company staff and technicians were very nice to deal with. My renters have been there over 25 years and both of them told me "these were the nices people you ever sent to our home." I have to say thank you to the Element Home Solutions company for providing excellent service.
