We had an issue with our a/c running but struggling to heat the house. Knowing that the unit is getting pretty old, we were concerned it may be on its way out. Greg was very quick and responsive in coming out, assessing and explaining the problem, and getting us up and running again quickly. I feel like, given the age of our a/c, there definitely are places that would have told us we needed to replace it. But Greg was honest and knew just what to do to fix it. Great experience!

Prompt, Professional, & Honest!! Excellent Service!! Highly recommend Element, a locally owned company. These guys know what they're doing. After dealing with another company (Large Franchise One Hour) for over a week, with 5 failed service attempts and no resolution in site, I received a recommendation from a family member to call Element Heating & Cooling. One call and a couple hours later Gregg was on site and diagnosing the problem. The original company recommended I replace the entire unit at a cost of $7k. Stating either that or I needed to replace three very expensive parts. Gregg at Element determined that was incorrect and after replacing one minor part had me up and running that same day. What the other company could not accomplish in 5 days took Element literally hours. They saved me! I've got their number on speed dial and I'd recommend the same for anyone else looking for an honest and efficient hvac repair company. Thanks Element Heating & Cooling, LLC!! You guys are the best!! Greg did a great job of checking and servicing our HVAC unit before summer! He was also quick and timely on scheduling our appointment. We will definitely be using him going forward!
We have had SO many issues with our hvac for years and have had many companies and people out to service it with little to no customer service provided and no answers to our issues. Greg came out less than a day after we called, figured out the problems and FIXED them or offered solutions. I would recommend him to anyone asking for a reliable and fair estimate as well as professional service.
Wow! What a great service Greg Thomas at Element Heating and Cooling provided for me. We needed to change out our old heat pump system and Greg made this kinda stressful process seamless and stress free. He answered all of our questions and was there every step of the way. The install he did in our home looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. Very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Greg for your professionalism and expertise to help us out!
My thermostat was messing up on me where I was not getting any cool air and I called element heating and cooling and they were very professional and they got the job done. I highly recommend them. In my opinion they're probably one of the best companies in the Richmond area.
