My home warranty company assigned this company to me. I was really happy when they come out the next morning to try and fix my AC. The technician couldn’t fix it but said someone would be out within 24 to complete repair. No one showed or called. I spoke with the office manager 2 days later who told me she was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for a couple of days and would call as soon as she could. Waited a couple more days called the office again and she told me there were so many calls she had to get through all the paperwork. Called a couple days later and she said she was almost to my paperwork but had to go get T-shirts for the guys and would call me back. Needless to say she still hasn’t called me. Warranty company is now sending out a different company. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
Getting our duct work replaced was made difficult by our home warranty company. Thank you to everyone at Element for staying with us on this issue and helping to resolve it. You will definitely be our go to ac company! Highly recommend!!!
Our home warranty company sent these guys since our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling properly. Was told that the evaporator coil was dirty and needed to pay $400 to take out an clean. “This will fix the problem” is what they told me, “if you don’t fix it your warranty company will void your policy.” Sounded fishy so called up another HVAC company. Within 10 minutes they diagnosed that it was a faulty relay that turned on my emergency heat at the same time. Replaced relay for $100.
My home warranty company called Element out after my upstairs unit started leaking. The tech that came out told me that the internal drip pan was cracked and that I needed to replace that, along with the evaporator coil. My home warranty decided to deny the claim. After that, I called Element to get a price on how much it would be to do the repair out of pocket. They told me that (and I quote) "Well, here's the problem, we are booked out for 30 days. And, I can't even give you a ballpark estimate." WHAT? 30 days booked out! I bet people who are not involved in a home warranty wouldn't have to wait 30 days for an HVAC repair. And you can't even give me a very rough estimate?! Thank god they told me they were booked up. I called out another Jacksonville HVAC company that came out the next day and told me that the internal drip pan was most definitely NOT cracked and that there was a clog that cause the leak! Don't trust this company! If the home warranty wants to send them out, request somebody else!! Waste of my service fee for them to feed me extremely wrong information that could have cost me thousands! AVOID at all costs!

I am extremely disappointed in this customers customer service. They serviced my A.C. 30 days ago. The tech said that the reason why my A.C. was not working properly was because it had too much Freon in it...what too much Freon! That's unheard of...but he was on the phone with who I think was his boss walking him through the process. He drained a ton of Freon out of my A.C. and said that fixed the problem. Now 30 days later my A.C. is completely frozen. I called the company this morning at 9:02am the lady that answered said she will have to call me back because she was getting coffee, 30 minutes went by still no call back. I called them and she told me that there is nothing they can do about it for the next 3 Weeks!!! I tried to explain to her that this is Jacksonville fl were the outside temps are up to 108 degrees. She did not care at all, said there was nothing she can do and hing up the phone. I'm sure this company normally does good work, but they messed up this time, And I will make sure that every review website is updated about this problem.
