3 times no one showed up to do basic electrical work. Also requires a 350$ deposit before any work is done. Company needs alot better communication. Would not recommend.
The EH team was top notch — kind, efficient, and professional. We had a tricky install for one of the mini splits and the team took on the challenge, and did a great job. Our house is an 1850’s city house with not much space, but they managed to run all the lines through the central closets in the house. Oh, and they were helpful managing my dog, too! I would highly recommend this team!
Huge waste of time. Multiple emails back and forth about my project, sent pictures of everything, asked multiple times for estimates and assurances about the work and scheduled a time for them to come. This morning, no one shows up and only after multiple emails and phone calls do I get ahold of someone that eventually tells me they don't work on slate roofs. I asked this multiple times and the administrator said no problem yes they can do the work only to get cancelled on the day of my appointment 2 hours past their start time. Would NEVER do business with a group this unprofessional.
Edson showed up on time with a huge smile and was professional throughout the inspection. I would certainly consider him for bigger projects.
Our overall experience with EH Electric & HVAC has been great! This past winter, our Heating system broke down and their HVAC technician worked tirelessly to get it back up and running. We've relied on them for a number of electrical and HVAC/AC related jobs. Their staff are knowledgable, experienced, personable, and professional.
Don't recommend them for ductless minisplits (at least not for Fujitsu)
We have had EH Electric do a few jobs of various complexity indoor & outdoor at our house in Westwood. They are very professional and do great work. I have recommended them to friends in the past for literally anything electrical.
