Was very Professional and informative. Looked over and tested old furnace. Suggested a new furnace which Dominion Gas Co. said had a CO2 major concern. Efficient H&C disassembled and cleaned up, took it all. The new furnace was installed with all parts necessary and working beautifully within hours. Thank You So Much
Our radiator heating system stopped working during a series of power surges last week. After the illuminating company restored our power line and an electrician replaced the dead fuses in the house, the heating was still not working. Jim (Efficient Heating and Cooling) came over soon after we contacted him and went right to work. He had to do some exploring to determine if the problem was within or outside the equipment. Once he determined that the problem was the outside-to-inside electrical connection, he took it apart and replaced the wiring that had been fried by the power surges. And Voilà! Our heating started working immediately. Jim came over very soon after we called him; he did a great job; and it was very easy and pleasant working with him. He has my highest recommendation!

This is my second servicing of this company. The first time in 2015 to repair my AC unit and secondly December 2019 to repair my furnace. BOTH times, my serviceman, Jim, quickly returned my calls, was super knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient and quickly resolved my issue. My AC unit is STILL cooling and running smoothly since his repair. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would without hesitation call for their help again if needed. Resident of Garfield Heights.
I called Sunday morning at 9am and was called back with a schedule for that afternoon. Very polite and knowledgeable. The price was right. My problem solved!!! Thank You so much😁
Owner did me VERY wrongly and refused to make right. Spent tens of thousands $$ on geothermal system (I could have bought another whole house), with the promise it would never cost more than $30/month to operate. $450 per month later (on a good month) the floor is cold and heater box failed within two years. Neither guarantee or warrantee were honored. Pipes in floor great. Pouring of floor great. System that runs it is JUNK. Owner is a convincing salesman, but also a great LIAR. Not to be trusted. (Company should be called "IN-Efficient Heating" to reflect the truth)

Returned my call A.S.A.P. Came out with in one hour and had my furnace fixed shortly after. Reasonable price and they did a GREAT JOB!
