In a time filled with big box stores and faceless corporations, it’s awesome dealing with a family run business. Efficient installed our central air about five years ago and we were very pleased with the price, service and quality of the unit installed. Mike didn’t try to up sell us on anything we didn’t need. Then just last night, a day into a record breaking heat wave, the fan on our compressor stopped working. Gave a call, expecting to leave a voicemail, and instead got Mike on the phone! Figured it would be a few days until they could get sometime out to assess the problem, but he told me he’d have someone here the following morning at 9am! The best news of all was it was a simple capacitor that needed replaced - and even that inexpensive part was covered under warranty. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. The very best of the best!!
This has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. AC unit came with a 3 year maintaince plan but trying to get them to service the unit has been impossible. I scheduled 2 appointments and the failed to show up both times. I called the office and the women was extremely rude and said she would not expedite my appointment even after they no showed twice. After I told her I would get someone else she informed my it would void the warranty. They take your money then fail to follow up on service calls. I highly recommend not to buy anything from this company no matter the deal they make you as you will not get any follow up service and any warranty they promise is garbage.
Efficient was very responsive and professional with addressing an issue with my gas heater during the coldest day of the year. Thank you for responding and helping me in a most dire time.
Called about a noise in the heating system. Made it out the same day to look at & correct the noise. Even gave a 20 minute window to meet them at the house so I didn't have to take off from work & wait for them like other companies!!! Great price & excellent service. Thanks Mike

Needed to replace A/C to sell my home. Issues found during home inspection. They were able to accommodate the tight timeline we were under. They did a great job!!! Would highly recommend!!
Efficient A/C did a wonderful job. They were very professional and the cost was reasonable. They cleaned up after the job, you would not know they were there. I highly recommend the Shulas and their company.
I can’t speak more highly of an HVAC contractor than Mike and Efficient Air. When finishing my basement I bid out the AC/Heating to multiple companies. Not only was Mike’s bid the most fair, but he was also very transparent and honest. Customer service and quality were both fantastic throughout the job and I am very satisfied with the end product. Mike and his Son are great people and went above and beyond when we encountered a few unexpected hiccups. After dealing with a nightmare Electrical Contractor and GC I am even more thankful for Mike and Efficient Air, and wish more companies operated like them. Highly Recommend!
These guys, as a father-and-son team left me very impressed. They installed an entire HVAC system including ductwork in a home that was fully renovated for my son. I couldn't have asked for more professionalism or quality of work. Their pricing was beyond fair and I would highly recommend Efficient to anyone in need of any form of HVAC service or install.
Efficient air conditioning has been my go to company since my husband and I bought our house 20 years ago. Just recently bought a more Efficient heater and ac. Very pleased with the work they do. I recommend them highly. Great job and very polite employees.

Mike and his crew were Fabulous!! They were quick to respond, very competitive with price, exercised excellent customer service and used quality product for the install of a new central air system. Mike answered a few questions my mother had (even late in the evening hours), of course mom not knowing what product did what), he and his crew were very patient and kind. In the heat of the sizzling summer...Mike was swift to evaluate, install and complete the job within 1 weeks time. It is hard to find good quality as professional and responsive as Efficiency !! I will definitely be recommending them to family and clients of my own :0 ) Thanks Guys!!
In my opinion, these guys are the best. I use them all the time because their prices are always the cheapest I get along with excellent quality and professional workmanship. I guarantee you'll like them if you try them.
I used Efficient Air to repair a faulty installation done by a different company. First off, they were very respectful of the pandemic situation and were always masked while performing the work. They quoted me a fair price and even performed a bit more work at no extra cost to me. They were very communicative answering all questions, performed the work neatly and were very courteous. Definitely recommend them.
The father and son team are not to be beat.From the professional manner and no pressure quote to the final installation the job is top notch.I went out for several quotes and don’t like going with the cheapest bid,but I had to go with Efficient because they were hands down better than the others.And then the added bonus was that they were the cheapest.I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
We have been so impressed with their determination to find the answer to any issue we’ve had with our HVAC and to then go to great lengths to correct them! Responsiveness, courtesy, expertise, that who they are!
I just had an AC and Heater installed on 1-31-20 and these guys were great!They did everything they said and more. They were artists in terms of cutting and fitting the sheet metal, plastic pipes and making the bends in the copper tubing. One of the cuts in the brick outside for the pipe was so perfect they hardly needed any caulk! Highly recommend them.
Used them for older unit with difficult parts. They found the right parts and completed work in timely fashion.
