Waking up without Hot Water is a miserable experience. You stand in the shower, waiting for it to get hot, never does, and you know you’re going to spend some money today. Fortunately, it was less than I expected and was done faster than anticipated. Simple fix, he had the part. Hot water heater was back in service a couple hours after my call. Highly recommend.

Danny and the guys came right over and got me all fixed up right away and go my water heater working again. Other companies came and told me I had to replace my water heater. He came and repaired it without replacing the water heater. Recommend 10/10

Had my natural gas line, furnace, and tankless water heater installed. Great professionals. Very responsible and everything done by the book. Very affordable. Passed City inspection without an issue. Loved Working with them. I'll be working with them again in the very near future.

I called Mr. Dan, to explain the problem situation and he knew exactly what the problem was .. He responded immediately, took care of a backed up sewer pipe, cleaned it up and was able to diagnosed the problem immediately.. He also explained to me in details about the process. I appreciate his efficiency, I appreciate him for showing up when needed and taking care of my needs as a client . I would use his services again as needed, and I would also recommend him well . Tried to ripping us off. Customer beware!!!
This company is horrible and just waiting for a lawsuit. Was going to charge me $12,500 for new pump with installation. The pump they brought was a used corroded and rusted. They said it was new, "they had to take it out of the box".....I knew this wasn't right so I called another company right away. A professional company. I asked how much it would cost for a new pump with installation. I was quoted $4,000. So I had Efficiency Pro plumbing and heating leave my property. They were at my house for 15 minutes and tried charging me $1,000. but not before trying to wheel and deal saying they'd drop $2,000 off their price. The other company (professionals) charged me only $3,851 for the whole install 2 days later. That's a huge difference. Efficiency Pro plumbing and heating are not proffesional. They said I have to pay travel time. They called before arriving to my house saying they were stopping for an inspection sticker. When they arrived (3 hours late) they had a rejection sticker. I'm sorry I'm not paying for travel time.They can't be trusted!! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, MassSave and the Attorney General.
very bad experience with this company they received payment in advance for the work and had no responsibility to finish the work I do not indicate to anyone they came when he got tired of being charged
