I had amazing experience with efficient expert, they are well organized in their customer centric approach . They take care of our AC unit seamlessly and proactive in fixing the issues .I would encourage to use their service for you AC units .
I am so glad we chose Efficiency Experts for our AC repair needs. Todd and Alfredo arrived on time. Todd was very honest and knowledgeable about what our issue was. He followed up with my husband after confirming he had the parts we needed. We scheduled and appointment and they they went to work. Our systems are working perfectly now and I feel that we are in great shape for this upcoming summer heat. I woukd highly recommend Efficiency Experts as a HVAC company you can trust to provode honest and efficient service at an affordable price.
I have been with this company since they started and they are the BEST! Super smart, know exactly what they are doing, never just guessing at what your problem is. They never oversell you and actually have told me I needed less than what another company installed. Very nice, professional technicians who are on time and communicate the whole way. If cheap is what you want, don’t bother but you get what you pay for. This company will give you the best work for a fair price. I recommend highly!
After shopping around I found the same exact plan y’all are charging $249 for (1 unit AC System Maintnece) with two other well known and reviewed companies in my area ranging from $100-$125 cheaper. Let’s talk about y’all’s last visit to our home on 3/13/23. My wife was at the home when the technician arrived. Once he was finished my wife called me and the technician asked, “How would you like to pay.” I advised Marcie/the office can just give me a call since I was pretty busy and in the middle of something at work. About 5 mins later I received a call from the technician or y’all’s office. I sent the call to voicemail due to, once again, being very busy at work. Within about 5 mins later my wife is calling me stating the technician is wanting to speak to me. He asked how I would like to pay. I told him I believe the office just tried to call me and I sent it to voicemail because I’m currently busy at work. I asked him if we owed anything, he stated no. I asked him if this was to renew our plan with y’all, he stated yes. I advised him we will not be renewing our plan. My issue, other than the price, was the fact that I was bothered with 3 different calls, while being in the middle of something important at work… all just to renew my plan and not for a actual bill that was due. This made it easier for me to not resubscribe with y’all. Very annoying. I reckon if you don’t get the customer to resubscribe right then, it’ll be harder to catch them down the road. So, I get it, but still annoying, pushy and just bad business practice all the way around. We did business with y’all for almost 3 full years. Other than the above, they always seemed to send respectful and knowledgeable folks out to the house during our 3 years with them. Update: 3/14/23 7:00pm Got off the phone with the owner Marcie. She was very sarcastic and rude. She stated she told the technician during my visit that I was good to just pay by calling the office. She advised I still owed from this past v

We have used Efficiency Experts to replace the original A/C systems that we installed when the house was built. Quality of install was great and made improvements to the duct work to distribute the air better. Just now the blower motor on one unit was not working with the furnace. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, made the fix, and checked everything else out. The tech Robert explained everything clearly and was very professional. Great work.

We called Efficiency Experts and Cindy took my call. Cindy was extremely pleasant and intently listened to my issue. She scheduled us for the following day, which we really appreciated. Todd Fokken, owner of Efficiency Experts AC & Heating, came to our home on time, very punctual. I explained to Todd that we had this unit for six months and it has not functioned properly, literally since day one and we had lost total confidence in the original installer. The heating unit has a heat pump and apparently it is more difficult to install than a furnace. Todd inspected the thermostat and quickly found that the wiring was connected wrong. Then, when he went to the attic more issues were found. Needless to say, we rarely used this unit because we did not feel safe or at ease. Basically, our AC unit was not installed up to code. Todd gave us a fair estimate to repair and bring it up to code. Him and his crew came by and fixed the rewiring and other issues from the original installation. We requested all new duct replacement and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our vents are now blowing air more quietly, the outside unit is also quieter, and Todd even programed the thermostat with my phone with bluetooth, AMAZING!!!! Todd and his crew are total professionals and of course, it all starts with Cindy. Cindy set the tone because of her kindness, understanding and listening skills. I am extremely impressed with Efficiency Experts from top to bottom. We HIGHLY recommend Efficiency Experts, because of their honesty, fair prices, and professionalism.
Ask for “Todd” he knows his business. Used this company several times. They come quickly and do a good competent job.
I have Anerican home warranty for my home service and this company Efficiency Experts are Scam Artist and liars !! They try telling me that my entire 410 Freon needed to be replaced because it was contaminated and it was company procedure when changing a Coil located in my attic. My condenser is in great conditions they didn’t even perform any test and they were asking 1,425 just alone in Freon, 200 for inspection door ? and more fees . My total came to 2,400!! Be careful with this company. I decide to go with a cash option thru the home warranty and efficiency experts told my home warranty that parts and labor will come out to 300 dollars . Wow !!
This company has great customer service. It only took 1.5 hours from the time I called until my AC was repaired and my house was cooling again!
From the operator lady these ppl are rude & unprofessional. They try to scam us by charging more then the market.
Robert is great! They installed a new 5 ton in our home explained the warranty and additional information. It’s blowing snow balls ( joke) . Thank you again! We’re happy.

I have use this company for years for both heating and air-conditioning. They always do a very professional good quality job whether to repair or the yearly maintenance. The technician always tells me exactly what he has done when he has Completed his job.
This place was suggested by the home warranty and came out to inspect. They reported to the Home warranty that a fan was replaced. We have no idea what they told the home warranty and now they won't replace a part that has nothing to do with the fan. Thanks Efficiency Experts, waited a whole day to hear from you, in the meantime we are with out A/C. I had to call and right away the person I spoke with was on the defensive. Then they have the sound mind to then tell us "we can fix for $700. Will not recommend to anybody.
