My Split Unit AC stopped working and I am so glad I contacted EFE Home Services. Omer did an outstanding job with diagnosing and replacing my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly dependable. He worked around his schedule to ensure the job will be completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend EFE Home Service for all HVAC maintenance and installation.
Tech came on a Sunday to give an estimate- He ended up fixing it on the spot. Price was fair, service was thorough, and all was smooth. Good service!

Imagine this, yesterday late afternoon my wife calls me at work, says the mini-split system stopped working. So I call around for someone to come out. I called 5 different service providers. Four of them, could do the work but it would be 2 days out. I hear back from Omer about 1/2 hour later, he just got home and was ready to sit down for supper. I told him I was about an hour away and i would call him when I was about 5 minutes away. When I arrived, he was parked in front of my house. Needless to say, for not ever meeting Omer, he certainly went out of his way. By the way, my system is working fine. I will definitely use Omer again to clean my furnace or if I ever have any other problems with my mini split. Thanks again

This guy cannot troubleshoot HVAC systems at all. My heat pump isn’t defrosting and I explained what was wrong. Instead of diagnosing to find out the problem, he changed the defrost sensor and circuit board. Second visit he opens the air handler up when the trouble is more than likely on the outdoor unit, then the third time installs a digital thermostat (without asking me) which was not only the wrong one for my system, but the original unit wasn’t even malfunctioning or the cause of the problem. Originally I was quoted 375.00 for repair, then he turns around and says that was for diagnosis. I tried to save a few bucks by going with a small time HVAC repair man. Lesson learned......
