Please avoid at all costs, call center run around. Left property damage, only use them if your interested in going to small claims court. Seriously avoid at all costs Update- Thank you for confirming your poor work, and that you only call customers back when it gets to the point of negative reviews. Update to the Update! - Didn’t mention the 5 calls the day prior, leaving tenant high and dry, missing window by 8 hours, me jumping through your atrocious call center? I can keep going …. You got snippy because chargebacks and finally called me. Nice big ego ya got mr I OWN the call center. Also way to throw your tech under bus.
I've used them a couple times before never had any issues...but this last time the plumber said I needed a new garbage disposal so ok we got one from them and he installed it ....months later it sounds like it's barely getting any power also he was supposed to snake out my drain in the basement cause it was backing up ...they've done it before....the plumber said I need all new plumbing from the house to the front of the street my piping had busted and to call my insurance so they could pay for it....a week later we went to home depot to rent out a snake for the basement and I went to the big snake like the plumber had used before and the guy at home depot said that was the wrong snake to use in the basement you won't be able to get that in the drain ...so basically he lied to me and charge me 800.something dollars and gave me a bold garbage disposal...I'll never use them again
Like the service by Robert Nelson. Very professional and pleasant service person. However, the company charged more than what we were supposed to pay.
**Edit: after posting the below review, the owner personally called me and provided a full refund and discount for any future use. He provided appropriate discipline to the responsible plumber, apologized, and was professional. My complaint was fully resolved and I am fully satisfied. ************************************ Called for a small gas leak. The plumber suggested an apoxy. Never had this done before so didn’t know what to expect. They charged $250 + $69 service fee. I learned later the apoxy costed $14 and it took them 5 minutes. The fix didn’t work. I have to pay another plumber. The person I scheduled with said the service fee would be rolled into the price of service- it was not. The plumber was 2 hours later than the time frame they were expected. I had to make multiple calls to some call center to get them to make a note for a manager to allegedly call me back. Still waiting.

I had a very good experience. My technician Dakota was amazing, he ensured everything about my sump pump was working properly before he left and answered any and all questions. A very nice and friendly young man. Thank you Dakota.

I am rather unsatisfied with my experience with Edwards Heating and Plumbing. Based in the price that I paid, over $500, I believe that the service was incomplete and unprofessional. I don’t know much about plumbing but it does not seem to me like the faucet that was installed on my utility sink is properly affixed, it just slides back and forth. Also, most importantly— the new faucet that was installed does not return any hot water, only cold. Additionally, the plumber who installed the faucet did not properly turn the water back on when he was finished. The day after I tried to do a load of laundry and I realized the water had not been properly turned back on. I have reached out to Edwards Plumbing and Heating expressing my concerns and they have not been entirely responsive. They did however manage to tell me that if the plumber comes back to my property, “an additional fee may be assessed”. This is ludicrous as the work which would be done is simply fixing THEIR mistake. I would NOT recommend this company.

I own a mobile home and my pipes froze outside due to the winter storm. The technician was very professional and educated on what needed to be done to allow me to have water again. Also told me what to do in order to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has frozen pipes and would definitely use them again.
Very happy with the prompt service. Same day estimate, next day service, all my questions answered along with best advice pertaining to work being done. Cleaned up after job. I had a pleasant professional by the name of Dakota who did the job in a timely manner. My first experience with Edward's Heating and Plumbing was a very good experience. I would highly recommend this company for your work projects. I knew nothing of this company. I checked out the reviews and found myself wanting to give them a try. So far I am not disappointed. Keep up the good work and stay true to your customers and the good words will go far.
I needed my sewer pipe unclogged and the first business I called did not show. So I called Edwards and they sent Billy out at 10:30 p.m. and to get it done. I will be calling Edwards first in the future. I highly recommend them.
I had a very nice young man come in and estimate it for me I just can’t afford it at this time to have my drain clean but he was excellent
I would definitely recommend this company. The day before the holiday around 6pm I called to see if someone could come out because my main drain started backing up. I thought they were going to tell me I had to wait until after Thanksgiving and that would mean I couldn’t use any plumbing. I talked with a customer service rep who told me they could come after 9pm and that I was on the list. They came Thanksgiving morning explained what the issue was, resolved it in an hour and I was ecstatic. Definitely a lifesaver. When they say 24/7 emergency they mean it. Other companies say it but don’t mean it. First time customer has turned into a lifetime customer for any future issues.
They were great! Very personable, made it easy to understand what was wrong and the correct fix. They also were well priced and fast. At the end of the job they checked everything to make sure it was done right and then recommended some future action to ensure the health of my system. I’d highly recommend!
