Aaron M. was an amazing tech! He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything to us in details but explained it simply enough that we were able to understand. He fixed our problem quickly and gave us tips on how to maintain our system in the future. He did a fantastic job!
Work was done in a professional pace. Tim Arnold and his assistant were hard workers who put in the effort to make sure my water heater was replaced properly even though their shift ended an hour before they completed the work. They made sure to do the job right above & beyond which I appreciate. the turnaround time was awesome too. high marks are well earned.

Very nice, quick. I do think it cost to much, but I wasn’t doing it, so there’s that. It looks like he did a fine job. Time will tell. They gave me a 6 hour window when I called, but was here and done in 2. I was very grateful for that.

To whom it may concern, If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My name is Alissa. My Fiancé had called your company Edwards Heating and Plumbing earlier this morning around 10am 7/5/23 to request service at our home on our shower as our faucet in our shower is leaking water and we have had to turn our water off to keep it from running. We were quoted a time frame today for a technician to come out between 1pm - 7pm, after waiting all day for the technician to come out someone from your company called at 6:20pm stating that there would no longer be a technician coming out. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your company because of this. My Fiancé had left work today to come home to wait for the technician to come out and we have wasted our entire day waiting for a technician to show as was promised in the 6 hour time frame we were given only to receive a call 30 minutes prior to 7pm stating no one would be coming. The lack of communication and waiting until a half hour before 7pm is incredibly unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. We absolutely needed someone to come out today and we could have utilized our time and called someone else to come fix our faucet had we known no one from your company would be coming out. Now we are unable to get someone to come out tonight because of it being so late. We lost out on so much today because of unprofessionalism and carelessness. Terrible business at its finest. To anyone else reading this, do not bother wasting your time or money with this place.
Would recommend not just the company but the technician Marcus was the best, he kept his word and did a great job! They communicated through the whole process letting me know the tech was hung up on another job and when he was on his way.

Please AVOID at ALL COSTS, call center run, horrible service, overcharged and did not do the work correctly. Go literally anywhere else. I have cost myself thousands in un needed fees by utilizing these grifters. Update: magically got a manger once I threatened chargebacks- you can see their professional response. LoL don’t trust these guys. Update to the update!! - this guy must have not heard of the Streisand effect. Big bad owner called me, threw his new tech under bus and let me know he owns the call center and can’t be held responsible for bad employees. Tech was actually a nice younger guy but threw him under bus immediately. Go check reviews for his other “locations” on google. This is a scam, call a local plumber.

Kyle was quick and got the job done fast. He knew exactly what he was doing and upon arrival got right to accessing and fixing the issue.
After charging me $600 for a drain snake and a valve swap, they had me on my back doing my own work on my valve. They couldn't do it. Plumber fantasy camp. What a joke. Still leaking.
I am a very difficult person to deal with. I was rude, even to the point of disrespect. Marcus Gibson, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through what was going on, what was going to happen, and what needed to be done. I highly recommend him, and the company he works for.
