I have been using Ed Carr and company since I moved into my home in 2019. My home has Oil heat with a boiler system, which I knew nothing about. Within a month of moving in I had an issue and he came out the same day to take a look. He even helped me with calling my insurance company with getting this issue covered as it appeared to be part of a warranty. That alone meant so much in what type a person and company this was. From then on whenever I called, someone has come out within 24 hours. They are friendly, reliable and affordable. I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend Ed Carr and Co.
This guy is the best! He came out the day I called him and had my heat back on in no time! 5/5 stars. So friendly and professional. Will definitely be using him for all our service needs in the future!

Ej and his crew replaced a new unit for my Mom’s condo. Not only was it a super quick turn around time, but the professionalism and friendly/ funny attitudes they brought with them made this even better. Finished the job in one day, and boy this was no easy job. Ej, hope you had fun at the Coldplay concert, Go Birds
Every winter I would have issues when it got super cold. My builder used a large HVAC contractor to install my units but their service techs only sold me additional equipment but never fixed my problem. Another company wanted to replace both of my zones for $20k. A friend referred EJ and he not only fixed the issue but didn’t try to upsell me or gauge me for repairs. My system has been running issue free for 3 years now.
Great work and very reliable. Gets job done very fast and has very fair prices.
My highest recommendation! EJ, the owner, is kind, honest, professional, approachable and customer driven. He came in to help us out after we weren’t able to get help from our warranty company. What I value most is that EJ talked to my wife and I in terms we understood and made sense- not industry language which just confuses ordinary folks. Had a new unit installed in one day and now we’ve got AC (and reliable support) for the hot temperatures.
