Our AC wasn’t working correctly and after having some other technicians from the area coming over to check them and saying we needed a new equipment, Eddie was able to fix the problem. He investigated, tried everything and he nailed it, never gave up until he found out what was the problem instead of just saying our AC needed to be replaced, he just replaced some parts which he ordered directly for us and he fixed our AC. He is very patient, meticulous, careful and honest. I highly recommend him. Thank you Eddie!
Called today for a small bathtub leak into lower apartment ceiling in a 2 family house. Gentleman who picked up the call told me there’s an initial $450 charge just for opening the ceiling and diagnosing the problem… Which I found absolutely outrageous. When I mentioned how expensive the gentleman said ok fine and basically hung up on me!

First time I have used Ed Burke Plumbing. Ed resolved a bad leak in my heating system. He was professional, on time, and honest about his pricing. I will use his service again.
We bought a house in New Rochelle, and smelled gas two days after the closing! ConEd came, confirmed we had a leak, and shut off our gas. We got Eddie's number from our realtor -- he was at the house the next day, fixed our leaks, got the inspector out to approve the day after, and had ConEd back the day after that to turn the gas back on. The entire time, Eddie and Demetrius were friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. This was not a pleasant experience, and Eddie made it as stress-free as it could possibly have been. If we need a plumber, or work on our HVAC, in the future we know exactly who we'll call.
I don't usually write reviews. In fact, this may be the first review I have written for any sort of business, but my parents raved about the service they got from Edward; how kind, professional, honest and skilled he was. And not being Internet savvy, they asked me to write a review and pass along the word that if you are looking for a licensed, trustworthy plumber, they highly recommend him.
Quality work, on time, quick, friendly, reasonably priced and left no mess. Changed valve for my outdoor spigot and a cartridge in my powder room faucet in under an hour. Highly recommended!
Overall great experience with Eddie to fix our toilet. Responded very quickly and showed up on time to complete the repair. Very easy to deal with and would happily recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Eddie did a beautiful job installing the new vanity and sink in our bathroom. Top quality work, and cleans up thoroughly after he's done. He was also kind enough to answer any questions about our current heating system and gave advice on how he would approach potential future projects. If you want the best, give Eddie a call!
Burke performed a complicated service job on my Weil McLain ultra 155 hi efficiency boiler . Most reassuring of all is that he researched the model and went through numerous videos to make sure he did it right . What plumber takes the time and does that ! He also called tech support to make sure his combustion readings were good. Good guy and worth your money. Will use him from now on .
Edward Burke has been our chosen plumber for years now. His plumbers are well qualified to complete any task. They installed new walk in shower and other bathroom fixtures for us.
Solid, professional and knows his craft. First time Eddie was here was to diagnose a water hammer problem which he solved right away. Second time was to install a smart/connected leak prevention system. Completely efficiently and professioanlly.
Needed my hot water heater replaced; it had started to slowly leak and was looking to fail. Called Eddie and within minutes I had a quote and a new 50 gallon hot water heater ordered and ready to install the next day. Eddie arrived early for the install work and removed my old water heater, installed the new one, and was finished within a couple of hours. Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend.
