Mark was our air conditioning tech and he was on time, fast, professional and seemed to loving his job.
I have used Edmond Air many years and have always had good service. They are punctual, professional and seem very competitively priced.
I have used Edmond AC since moving to Edmond in 2017. I have been very happy with their professionalism, communication and always trying to minimize the costs.
We called after 5:00 on a Friday when our AC wasn't working and we were desperate for some help! Conner was incredibly kind on the phone, showed up quickly, and took the time to explain what was going on and even walked me through what the parts of our AC unit were (clueless first time homeowner here!). A huge shout-out to you all for being professional and affordable! And thank you Conner so so so much!
This company is the best!!! Every time I have called, they have come out as soon as they were able. They always let us know when someone was coming out later They always give us a call before they come out so we can be aware they are on their way. Their prices are reasonable and affordable for us. I highly recommend them for any services you might need.
Called with leaking outdoor faucets and they had all repaired within 24 hours!
Had an issue with my A/C so they were able to come out that same week and get it fixed no problem. Prices were reasonable, technician was friendly and they even worked it out to get me some discounts.
I have never used this business but I did just witness one of their technicians pull over in the middle of a flooded road and pull an obstructing bumper out of the way after many had simply sped past. So I’m willing to bet they are good folks and do good work if that’s the type of people they hire! Good on ya!

Every time I have a heating / AC / plumbing issue in the house I know this company will take good card of me. Every experience with this company has been excellent. Coty was very efficient, communicated well and even offered to help out with another small plumbing problem I had (which I hadn't mentioned in the call) at no additional cost! Love that guy, and love this company!

Quick response on a Sunday morning for a sewer backflow preventer failure. Plumber called for utility lines to be marked, got a backhoe to remove bushes, and did a temporary fix by 4pm. Monday morning they were back for a permanent repair. Definitely have used Edmond Plumbing again.
They really went above and beyond and when they say they would need to come back again to fix it they did not charge for the first visit.
They went above and beyond to ensure my a/c was up and running in the middle of summer 2021 when it stopped working. I had a newborn and it was scorching hot. They worked around the clock to get us cooled off again.
They did a very good job.
Service contract a couple of years ago, only came out once maybe twice for maint.
