I appreciate the effort put into resolving the difficulty problem with my plumbing issues. I recommend them and although I hope to never need them again, I will call them if I need to. The young man, Mark Workman, who took care of my kitchen sink leak was prompt, extremely courteous and very capable. Too, your fee was very reasonable as I had recently had a valve on a toilet repaired and the cost was pretty STEEP!! (and I was sort of shocked) I won't hesitate to use Eddyson again and I've already recommended your company - along with Mark - to one of my neighbors. This is the second time we've used Eddyson Plumbing and are, once again, very satisfied. We highly recommend this company.
The office manager and Chris were kind and professional. Chris looked at a leak from our jacuzzi tub and informed us that he could not make a repair to the tub pipes, but only the actual water lines; he helped locate the model number and company number for service. He was here about 15 minutes looking at the problem, then 10 minutes in contacting the company to determine charges - we were charged for 1 hour of service. I have no problem paying $30-50 for his trip/time, but $140 was a bit hard to swallow. Unfortunately, the company lost our future business today - but for their choice in business practices, and not the people.
The Guys do great work and and are polite
Everyone I met and worked with were top-notch professionals, hard workers, and personable. We had a couple of unexpected hiccups on our installations, but they immediately fixed some and helped us come up with a course of action for the other and got the job done perfectly. They were kind and understanding when we had to have them come back because the gas company wanted changes done. I highly recommend them.
