Matt has done excellent work on my home and my rental. He has installed a new furnace in my home and an air purifier and has done yearly inspections on the furnace and air condition. Has also done several repairs on the fur on my rental. He is always has competitive prices.
Dan came to fix the AC at my apartment (90 degree temps this week!). He diagnosed and overnighted the replacement part the same day he was called. He kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

The owner himself came to fix our air conditioning. We went with this company because Owner’s brother who works with him lives in our neighborhood. We paid an $85 service fee (fine everyone charges one of these). Then he looked at what he charged us previously and said he gave a discount and tried to keep my total close to what it was last time...new total $213 and the previous total was $195. Okay fine I just go with it knowing that this is not my field of expertise and how could a neighbor screw me over. Well I was WRONG...he used my hose in my back yard to cool down the compressor and left it on for 4 days!!!! Our water bill will be more than double. I know because that’s what happened one time when we had a broke toilet. But seriously, you are owner you should treat other people’s homes better!!! Also, it was my run capacitor that went out, I had the same exact thing repaired from them three years ago!!! How? Most last like 15-20 years. I would rather pay a little more to a reliable company one that will respect your home than go with Ecofficient ever again!
These guys are great. Just had them install central air in my old house and it's working like a charm. Good prices, fast, and had great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended. Dan went above and beyond to get my system working.
