Awesome checkup for our home heating system. The technician went above and beyond and was very courteous!
We had problems with the system on the coldest day and they came at 11 at night to help us fix it temporarily for the night and came the next day to install new system
I had an outstanding experience with my technician Assaf M Z. Eco Friendly has consistently been the only HVAC company that has been willing to come either same day or within 24 hrs for both of my urgent AC and Heating issues. They are extremely professional in person and on the phone. My technician Assaf M Z. came out twice, once to diagnose the heater problem (took about 2hrs as it ended up being a complex issue) and came back after the parts were delivered and spent another 2hrs with me fixing the heater. I appreciate that when asked about additional services based on the inspection, they allowed me to decide what I did or didn’t want to pay to fix and didn’t force things on me. He wore shoe coverings and a mask the whole time and was very upbeat and respectful while here. I ended up signing on to their yearly maintenance plan because between this heating repair and last summer’s AC repair, they are still the only people in the Fishtown/Philadelphia are that are willing or able to come out within 24hrs.

Mike was out to our home to maintain our HVAC system and again to look at our flame sensor. He was a true professional. He was kind, cared for my home by putting on shoes coverings and was on time or early. He was personable and took interest in our questions. He explained things with patience and care and you could tell he is passionate about his craft. Eco Friendly overall is a excellent company of professionals that ensure you are offered a fair price, excellent service and feel over warm and cozy about the experience! :) These are people I plan on caring for my home for years to come.
A technician came out to perform a diagnostic inspection on my old heater. He was very thorough and friendly. He answered all my questions with patience. He provided me with recommendations and a detailed description of what would be needed to keep my heater running more efficiently throughout the winter months, I love the professionalism of this company and have already referred them to a neighbor,

A pleasure to do business with! ( and I can’t say that very often these days ) They were courteous, educated, on time and found me the unit I needed at a discounted price. The heating season isn’t quite here yet- so I’ll update if there are any working problems- but I doubt there will be.

It was easy to make an appointment with Eco Friendly Services. Jason Chen, the technician arrived at the specified time and was very professional and knowlegeable. The visit was for maintenance of my gas home heater and as a result Mr. Chen found some needed repair work. I called to make an appointment for the repairs. The telephone contact person was very polite and helpful. This is my first experience with Eco Friendly Services and I am so pleased. I have been on the hunt for a heating company I can trust & reliable and I think I have found it in Eco Friendly Services. Thank you so much!
Eco Friendly Services responded very quickly and was able to not only diagnose but fix the issue I had with a thermostat on the same day. The office staff was pleasant to speak with and I appreciated that they did not charge me anything until they got my approval. I'll be getting in touch with them again in the future.
I have not decided who to go with I am taking bids but Tom was very friendly, knowledgeable he was on time and professional during the appraisal.

I can’t say enough about these guys!!!! Amazing! Called them as an emergency. They were prompt and professional. Pleasure to deal with! They go above and beyond what needs to be done!!! Cleaned out vent system (something or someone got in there) and fixed a bunch of issues within it that contributed to my daughter’s room not getting hot air. (Not the best situation in the dead of winter!!). We had so many people come in and try to fix that particular issue- and these guys JUST DID IT!!! Great service, great people, great prices. Would recommend absolutely.
Such nice people! When I called I didn’t know what was wrong and I was nervous letting strangers into my house, especially during the pandemic, but they were recommended by a friend. They came, were very patient and respectful, Put me at ease, explained what happened and fixed it. Great service and I highly recommend them!
