George is a savior!!! I have a condo that I use as a second home. Back in January the HVAC system failed. It's a very unique Samsung multi-unit that is ductless into the condo, then vented throughout the condo. A couple of boards on the rooftop unit fried, and replacement boards were unavailable. Additionally, it wasn't clear whether or not the compressor was functioning without the boards working. It was clear to me that the best course of action was to simply replace the rooftop unit. Well, easier said that done. Apparently, Samsung discontinued the rooftop model that was used for my installation. After repeated conversations with Samsung, George was finally able to find a new Samsung unit that would work with the existing unit located in my condo, as the two needed to communicate with one another. George received the new unit and his crew installed it ASAP. This was important with the weather starting to warm up here in the NYC area, as I was able to use space heaters from January through April, but had no means of cooling the unit. After having two other HVAC guys back out and completely disappear, I am extremely grateful for George sticking with me and working to get this unit replaced. Thank you for your time, determination and the character you displayed throughout the process. I give Eco Air my highest recommendation for anyone who needs HVAC work performed.

3 stars for now due to the quick call back from a supervisor in regards to a complaint about one of their drivers. I have not used their services but I might thanks to how nice the supervisor is. Thank you again to Alex for quickly calling me back to discuss how one of their drivers in a company car, a black dodge ram pick up truck with the eco air symbol and a NY license plate: eco air, tried to bounce me into the wall and cause a huge accident on I-80 east while there were a lot of cars on the highway. Until this driver is confirmed off the road by the company please be careful around that truck. A black Dodge ram pick up truck with the eco air symbol and license plate. Context: I was entering I-80 east from the parkway north entrance, the driver referenced above in the car referenced above was in front of me with a slow car in front of them. As soon I saw that the lane to my left was empty, I turned on my signal and merged into that lane and continued to speed up. The eco air truck started to swerve into my lane and corrected themselves. No turn signal was used to indicate that they're trying to merge into my lane. I sped up as to not get hit and I thought nothing more of it. When the actual merger onto I-80 he cut over the white lines and proceeded to try bouncing me into the wall by aggressively getting close to the left side of my vehicle. I tried getting around him and he's swerving all over the road to prevent me from passing him. Finally I got around him and had to speed up to dangerous speeds just to get away from him chasing me. Mind you the highway is packed with cars so this idiot put everyone's life in danger for some ungodly reason. Call #77 in NJ to report aggressive drivers like this one when you witness it. If the company can confirm that they fired or at least put this employee one step closer to being fired, I'll rate 5/5

So, I have three IslandAire PTACs in my apartment, and all of them have poorly placed temperature sensors, which makes keeping the apartment comfortable impossible. It occurred to me that installing Nest thermostats may solve the problem, so I got some referrals from IslandAire for contractors, and called them all. One had no idea what I was talking about. One needed to double-check and then never called me back. One quoted me $1000 per thermostat for the installation. And then I talked to Jimmy at Eco Air. Our conversation immediately inspired confidence. He understood my needs, had experience, could suggest an optimal configuration, and quoted me a reasonable price for the work. Everything that followed went as smoothly as possible. Every technician who stopped by, those who inspected the units to generate the estimate and those who did the work, was kind, competent and efficient. Their work exposed a problem with one of the PTAC units, and they conducted that repair at no additional charge. Eco Air went above and beyond any previous definition I had for "above and beyond". I dread finding contractors for HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, etc. as there are a lot of unscrupulous firms out there. So finding a company that I can recommend unreservedly is rare. Eco Air is terrific. I can't say enough good things about them. They are the best of the best.

I used Eco Air to install 3 A/C wall units in my apartment as I was replacing the old units. The communication with the team is efficient and effortless. Just a quick phone call and I was sent quote in minutes, laying out everything in itemized fashion. Their price is very reasonable, compared to several other vendors I inquired. On the day of installation, the technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They also helped dispose the older units, which would be a big hassle for me. I will definitely use them again for maintenance in the near future.
The best of the best. George and Jimmy gave me a very competitive price for a top of the line system. The crew installed a 36,000 BTU condenser with 3x air handlers on the inside. They finished the job on time, cleaned up, and even helped me install my google nest thermostat. They went above and beyond! Can’t go wrong with the pros.

EcoAir is an excellent company and I’ll call them again for maintenance of our HVAC system. Their service is a good value. It was very easy to set up an appointment with them, they showed up on time, they were friendly, and professional and did a great job! I highly recommend them.

I was genuinely surprised by how thorough and attentive EcoAir is. I was given a very comprehensive estimate up front, was able to get an appointment every time that wasn’t too far out, the technicians show up promptly, and more importantly they explain & show you exactly what’s broken and how it needs to be fixed. Overall I thought they did a tidy & thorough job, and I will certainly rely on them again when an HVAC issue pops up in the future.
