Great service. Tried to install Nest Thermostat and was unsuccessful. They figured how to make it all work within an hour. It did require going into attic and working with unit - leave to the professionals.

Matthew was on time, friendly, explained everything he was doing, cleaned our A/C units, did not try to upsell me anything additional and put everything back the way it was when he arrived. I’ve been using Eco Air for several years and will continue to use them. Very professional!

Highly recommend Eco Air Conditioning! We had Eco install a UV light in our hvac system because our air smelled like mildew. Trenton was our tech and he did a great job at explaining the problem and how the UV light should solve it. He was straight forward and didn't try to oversell us on other things we didn't need. It cost less than half of what another company quoted us so that was great too. I will never use a different hvac company as long as I live in Austin.
After having another AC company out several times over the last year or so who was encouraging a system replacement (ours is 16 yrs old), I decided to have a different company out when the system started not cooling properly. Trust but verify, and glad I did. Trenton was the technician - super nice and took the time to explain what he was doing. It seems the leak we had was something easily repaired - and something the other company noticed but didn't fix, presumably because they wanted to sell a new system after wearing us down with recurring problems. Trenton explained that the R4010 refrigerant was due to change in a couple of years. So while the system was aging, if we could hold off a little longer, it would be better to get a system with the new R454 refrigerant. These guys were looking to solve the problem - not sell a new system. Trenton was a straight shooter, and they'll definitely be who I call when we decide to replace the system.
Joe and his crew were on time,, did a very professtional installation, and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work.
They came in early time frame. They fixed the issue in less than half hour. Air compressor went out just in time for Texas weather to go from hot to cold to hot again. I need my AC. Thanks guys!

Having no A/C at the start of summer in Texas can be a drag. I'm very thorough in choosing a vendor for anything, and my system needed a full replacement. Look no further than Eco Air, as I've already saved you the time and research. I received four estimates and Eco Air put forth the most value at the best price. My condenser was on the roof, which made this job a challenge (some other companies wouldn't even take my business because of this), but Eco Air had a truck crane there in less than 2 days and was unfazed by the complexity. Eco Air was on time, thorough, and efficient. They even installed a brand new programmable thermostat, which was icing on the cake! Once the new HVAC system was installed, I was concerned about it performing as it should. Eco Air came back out to make sure everything was dialed in properly. All in all, Eco Air Conditioning checked all the professional boxes for HVAC service in the Austin area.

Fast, friendly, affordable, honest, and knowledgeable. They fixed my system quickly (within a day) and then came back to fine tune some issues I was having with the air flow being imbalanced. As a result my kid's room is no longer an ice chest and he's sleeping so much better (as am I). 100% worth every penny.
