Our old HVAC unit became unpredictable, (the circuit breaker for the unit would randomly kick in). And since this was an older unit, after diagnosing the problem was likely with the Compressor, I opted to replace the entire unit for longevity, power efficiency, and peace of mind. On the scheduled date, Mark and his crew came in and replaced my entire HVAC unit at our pre-established price (no surprises), showed and explained everything they did, and cleaned up after themselves all on the same day!!!

Just moved into new house, and our upstairs HVAC was not keeping up with the summer heat when temps got above 90 degrees. Mark came over to review the house HVAC system and go over it with me. Showed me how all the components worked, explained why the system was struggling (dirty air filter in the attic) showed me how to clean it, and explained how the system would fail when it gets to the end of it's useful life, and also gave a few tips to maximize system performance. He also quoted how much it would cost to replace when the time comes and his quote was lower than what I had expected given what I'd seen online from other companies. Just a real honest hard working quality guy...5 stars.
Eck's Air, Inc has installed 2 HVAC systems and provided any needed service at my house for the last 20+ years. The 1st AC unit was operational after 20 years but had developed a freon leak. We decided to replace the HVAC system with a new more efficient system. Mark and his team provided a quick, clean and professional job that passed inspection without any issues.
Mark is very professional and honest. He and his workers installed my heater and AC. I could not ask for better service. I highly recommend Ecks Air.
Terrible service. Had our HVAC replaced two years ago including furnace. Mark showed up the morning of and told me he was catching a flight to go on vacation, so someone else would be installing the unit. That guy was great. When he finished he told me to connect with Mark about permit. For the next two years I couldn’t get an answer from Mark about permit. Upon selling our house we learned their was an open permit which then FAILED because the electric was done incoresctly. When I called Mark he was argumentative and blamed me for the issue. Wasn’t willing to come out for a week to fix the issue, which was to add a connector. Abrasive and dishonest. Stay away!!! Hector from Perfect Air is a great alternative.
Squeezed me in on a Saturday, & fixed my unit in less than 20 minutes ! Very professional, very courteous, & very reasonable pricing ! Compared to other local companies that don’t return calls or don’t show up at all , Eck’s Air Is TOPS in their field !!!
Oustanding, quick, clean, friendly and honest. Had a Goodman coil, AC condensor and furnace installed, replacing a 20 year old Ducane unit. Amazing difference. Can't say enough about these guys...highly recommend!
Straight forward, straight dealing, honest, good work. My a/c began shorting out Aug 2017. Called a reputable, local HVAC outfit. The unit needed an $375 electronic repair. 4 weeks later it needed a $175 overload repair. 2 weeks after that I called Ecks Air. The same overload repair needed to be redone, but Ecks charged me only $95 . Plus, I was told the system was getting old and would continue to keep overloading. So, I got 3 quotes. Two outfits had the same sales pitch, good, better, best ranging from $7500 to $15,000. 1 week later Ecks came out for free to correct the latest overload problem and said if he lived here he'd get 1 of 2 units. Total cost $6000. Done deal.
Mark and his team were professional, courteous, and fast. The entire process was easy and stress-free. This past summer, in the middle of a heat wave, they delivered and installed my new Air Conditioning system two days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Eck's Air.
They did a great job!! The owner and crew were very pleasant to work with and so was the electrician (Thomas, they call him joeb I think). When the summer comes I will update on the 2 units installed and there cooling ability.
