Echo Park Heating and Air Conditioning is the only company with affordable HVAC repair services.The technician they sent me to address my ac service needs was very careful and helpful.he was very keen to respond with great explanations for every question I asked.I am very happy and satisfied with the service.
I called Echo Park Heating and Air Conditioning because I wanted a nearby company in the event I needed additional service and not have a company travel across town to get to my home. I think they are a "broker" and dispatch available companies to do the service. They were friendly and professional. I was called a day earlier with an availability before my scheduled appointment and I took it. HVAC Alliance EXPERTS arrived on time and prepared to do the repair (replace the drain tube on my split wall A/C). From the outside the port for the tubes is near ceiling height of the second floor and I was expecting to pay $150 for the service and about an hour to do the job. I was surprised at the considerable difference he quoted. Through some negotiating we settled on $380, after he would not negotiate further. After observing the work the two man team performed I'm satisfied with the $380 I negotiated. They were courteous, with the exception of smoking on the premises, professional, and timely. The replacement of the tube, using rigid PVC as opposed to the flexible thin plastic originally installed, took about 2.5 hours. They cleaned their mess, they tested and demonstrated the repair, showed me how to close the freon valve to move my condenser, and I didn't need to move it to replace the mounted platform it's mounted on, and offered to take a look at the window A/C the tenant thought had a problem. It didn't. Both A/Cs are in the tenant unit. Arman and his teammate did a good job on the repair and I would use them again, and ask them not to smoke on the premises, if I need service in the future.
The performance is fantastic and amazing. My hired technician came out and figured out the problem right away. He's knowledgeable enough, honest, and a high-skilled technician. I was so happy with his performance for he expertly performed my ac heating repair needs. I liked the quality of his work, very organized and clean. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.
Exceptional customer service! I contacted this company, and their technician came the same day I called. He straightly got to work for my HVAC air conditioning repair needs and did it flawlessly. He is professional throughout the whole service and did a solid job. He made the whole process smooth and fairly quick. This guy is really great! Highly recommended!
I had an amazing experience with this company today for the HVAC heating repair that I needed. The technician they sent to me was excellent, experienced, and expert about the problem. I do NOT recommend Echo Park Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent someone out to check my central A/C and said it was an electrical problem so they'd have to send an electrician out the next day to take a look. They gave me a sales pitch for their 'special membership' explaining that it is only $10 more than the initial visit (initial visit $69, membership $79), and that for a full year I could use their services and they would wave the initial diagnostic fee. Seemed like a good deal to me until the electrician never showed up. I waited around all day for him, and no one called me to let me know he wasn't coming. I know sometimes jobs take longer than expected, but at a minimum if the repair person is running late and definitely if he's not going to show up at all, call and let a client know! I could never get anyone on the phone who could resolve the issue, and every time someone said their manager would give me a call no one ever called me back. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Not to mention, it felt like I was talking to people at a call center somewhere out of the country -- communication between the service people and phone people didn't seem good -- it didn't feel like left hand was meeting right hand so to speak. Definitely strange. Avoid this company. Needless to say, I got someone else to fix my Heat/Air electrical issue fast, cheap, without any of the annoying rigmarole.
Hottest day of the year and of course we had air conditioner issues. Echo Park Heating and Air Conditioning was not only friendly during a busy time, they were the only ones to answer their phones!!! Service acheduled timely and they arrived within the time limit established! Such a pleasant worker and he solved our issue quickly. Thank you
I highly recommend this company. I sent call or a quote and received a call within a couple of minutes. Within a half hour, Joshua was at my door and 15 minutes later, the issue was fixed. I don't know how the price compares to others, but it was about what I expected. Great hvac repair!
Prompt and efficient. Technician came when he said he would and carried out a repair on my heater just a couple of days after the unit broke. Fantastic service, I highly recommend Echo Park Heating and Air Conditioning.

Echo Park Heating and Air Conditioning was a pleasure to work with. The phone rep was kind and courteous and was able to schedule a repairman to come out to my house within the hour. The repairman was friendly and clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my heating system and fix it right away. The cost for my repair was very reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future for heating and air-conditioning issues.
I ordered the portable air conditioners from this company and they delivered them on time. I respect their punctuality and customer care. So I can advise this company for sure.
We have used this company a couple of times and these guys live up to their reputation. Amazing! Our AC suddenly wouldn't produce any more cold air and we feared for the worst. called this company and indeed its a great service .Thanks for being an honest provider!
